Description of Work: Wow, I could not be happier or more impressed with this company! They installed a wood floor in our front room to match the existing entryway, and then sanded and sealed all. Paul's recommendation for the Glitsa finish was excellent; we love the final product. Travis (installer) was knowledgeable and an extremely hard worker who obviously takes pride in what he does. After a few conversations and observing his great work ethic, I had no trouble trusting him in my home. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and was very pleasant to work with. Any and all contacts I had with the office staff was professional and efficient.

 + 0 moreAbsolutely without question the best possible result I could have imagined. You will not find a better flooring company. Very professional. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. If you want the job done to the highest standards call Ralphs hardwood flooring. Period
Description of Work: sanded and refinished entire main floor of house. In addition the floor went through a dye process to darken the floors appearance. quarter round molding replaced as well.

 + 0 moreThey did everything while we were out on a week's vacation. Everything went smoothly and the quality of the work was very good. My only complaint is that they are the most expensive place around.
Description of Work: Refinished hardwood floors in kitchen, halls, , bath, foyer, great room, and dining room. Put new flooring in the master bedroom.

 + -1 moreI was provided with several options and suggestions by the provider. The estimator was punctual, polite, patient and knowledgeable. He offered suggestions and explained the process from start to finish, if I chose to work with them. I did not use this provider strictly based on price only.
Description of Work: The provider supplied me with estimates on several options from refinishing/repairing existing hardwood flooring in several rooms and stairs, to removing linoleum in a bathroom and kitchen and installing luxury vinyl tile.

 + -1 moreThey were very professional and set expectations the floors may not turn out that good, given their poor condition. The work exceeded my expectations - all of the rough spots are barely visible and the stain they recommended was the best choice to hide everything. While I think they are a bit more expensive than other providers in the area, they were worth every penny - especially for a difficult job. They worked magic!
