Description of Work: I heard about Bulldog Builders via Thumbtack - I submitted a request for a roofing repair and they contacted me very quickly, willing to come out the next day to take a look at some wind damages to shingles. Jason their sales manager came out promptly the next morning, immediately expressing we might need a new roof (it is 22 years old). He asked about if we contacted our insurance company - we did, and they said it was a repair item and we'd need to cover the cost (wouldn't hit the deductible). Ultimately he told me (after taking a closer look at the wind damage) that he could act as a liaison and get our insurance company to reassess the claim. Sounded great to us... only - it went nowhere from there. A week later I called Jason again - listened to a bunch of excuses about why he hasn't gotten back to me and promised to send the liaison agreement over. He didn't. I tried one last time and told him if they weren't going to move forward, then I was going to move forward with the repair with another company. He said he'd get in contact with one of the insurance claims assessors that day and get the claim reopened. Again, he didn't. Disappointing as I was very patient and understanding the first two times.

Description of Work: Roof inspection and caulking of one area that was leaking. Estimate was given for repair of chimney flashing at a future date.

Description of Work: Job was professionally done and on budget.

Description of Work: Drywall, Kitchen cabinets, counter tops, flooring, carpeting and a little bit of electrical. Went excellent, great experience. Precise with their time.
