B&K was very responsive. I heard from Brian very quickly after I put in my request, on a Friday. The work was completed today (the following Monday) It looks great. I had talked to another glass company, and was told 6 to 8 weeks before they would even schedule the job. Call B&K if you want to get the job done quickly and with quality workmanship.

We had our house sold and two windows had problems, Brain came out and worked with the new owners to get the windows replaced. It took 2 week to order the windows. We were able to still close on the sale before the windows were installed.

They were very friendly. I called to have one window replaced because of Condensation between the glass I ended up replacing three of my windows in the front. They actually showed me where they re was condensation Starting on the other two windows. I would ve never thought that that was condensation but they were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They worked quickly and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend them to do any work that you have to have done around your home or business.

Received a call same day I left a message and able to accommodate my schedule to give an estimate same day. Had another issue arise which needed immediate attention and came out same day to fix it. Kept informed on when window would be in as needed to be ordered and extremely happy with the final installation of window and replacement of several window cranks. I would highly recommend them and plan on using their services for some future work I need done.

Everyone from the B&K Glass and Door crew were so amazing when I called them for a job in the middle of a move! They came out almost immediately to give me a quote and completed the job as soon as they got the parts in. They were so professional, efficient, and some of the nicest guys I have ever had work on my home! If I ever have any other windows, doors, or home repairs that they can do I will be calling and using them! Highly recommend to anyone!
