pressure washing, house painters
+ 0 moreI gave him 50%. He worked an hour and left. He kept scheduling when he would come back and postponing. When he did come back he only worked 45 min and said he would need to come back again. I questioned him on when the work would be done which he dismissed me, left, and never came back. He has been unresponsive since.
Description of Work: He was supposed to pressure wash part of the exterior of my home and do some minor painting.

+ 0 moreDid the work for the estimated amount. Stuck with it until finished. Cleaned up every day.Good coverage and attention to detail. Removing the old wallpaper was harder than anticipated, but he did it for the estimate without complaint.
Description of Work: Painted the exterior of our house including trim and decks. Also stripped old wall paper from our bedroom and painted the walls and ceiling. Also stained and finished the woodwork on four new windows. Also just stained and finished 14 hardwood interior doors and frames at our son's house.
