 + -1 moreWe made an appointment for an estimate on March 12th. We called after he was over 30 minutes late and he said his grandmother had died. He rescheduled for the 13th and did not show, because he forgot. On March 20th, he arrived over 30 minutes late and said he could not do the estimate, because the roof was too wet. We thought he should have known by all the frost on the roofs, that he could not do the estimate and called us on a timely basis to reschedule. He looked at the roof on March 23rd, after arriving over 30 minutes late again. He said he would send us an estimate, which we never received. He rang our doorbell on May 1st to follow up. He claimed that he did not send the estimate, because we said we would call him after contacting the insurance company. We remember him stating that he would send the estimate. My husband also, lost a lot of work time waiting for him to show up for appointments. Needless to say we decided to use another company.
Description of Work: We needed to replace roof & siding due to hail damage.
