We need a quick turnaround after our house tested high for radon during a home inspection. The owner Don was super responsive with the initial quote and was right on top of every from start to finish. Got our installation scheduled right away and blew away the tight timeline we were facing with closing approaching. I hope I only need one remediation system in my lifetime but if I ever had to use his services again, this would be the first spot I would call.

Start to finish it was an excellent experience. Don, the owner, was responsive to my questions, he answered questions thoroughly and completely, and his price was $170 less than the other bid I received. During the installation, he walked me through the entire process, answering questions along the way. The work was done professionally and he completely cleaned up afterwards. I would give him an A++.

It went great. I had tried to schedule with a previous contractor but it fell through. These guys were easy to schedule, they were quick, friendly, did a good job, charged me the minimum - all around just great to work with. What a relief!

Perfect. They responded quickly to my request and were very accommodating for scheduling. They did a great job, and I would recommend them.

Install was complete in under 2 hours. All went very well.

Wonderful. Certainly was not a job I could have done myself. Prior to installation, radon levels were well above safety levels. After installation levels were way below hazardous levels. I was very satisfied.

I was pretty nervous, first about the Radon being in my home and getting it down to manageable levels, second, the look of whatever system might be installed, third, the loudness of the new system and whether it would be installed properly, and fourth, the price. Don's quote was very competitive, he assured me that he would do whatever it took to take care of the Radon in my home. He came out, with his associate, arrived within 15 minutes of his appointment with a smile, and proceeded to calm my nerves. He explained what the problem was, what he was going to do fix it, and that the fix would be within the quote that he sent over. He mentioned that he would do what it takes to take care of the Radon levels in my home. He mentioned that it would take between 2 and 3 hours to install the system, but he did it in an hour. He did a very good job installing the system, very high quality work, and I can hardly hear the fan. Simply amazing. I haven't had that kind of service, commitment, or honesty from a person working on my home in a long time. I will be suggesting Superior Radon Mitigation to my friends, family and coworkers. One more thing... I did my research before going with Superior. There are other companies out there that are twice as expensive (or more). If you live in Wisconsin, make sure you check in to whether the company includes electrical in their work and quote. A different company told me that they would need to run temporary cord until I hired an electrician to come out and wire the unit. Don't get stuck in that situation. Don's company does include the electrical box and hard wiring. Again, I highly recommend him.

They were very professional. They area where they were working was cleaner than when they arrived. I would personal recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of work. They were very timely with responding to e-mails. All my interactions were done via e-mail.

He came when he said he would, and did the repair job quickly, and charged me nothing.

Basically, Don did a job that another contractor on the list turned down due to it's complexity. Don did what he said he would do, for the price quoted, and for exactly the time he said it would take. A very professional operationb!

Don Karich of Superior Radon Mitigation was professional right from the start. I was in need of a radon system fairly quickly as the sale of my home required that one be put in, and Don responded to my inquiry in less than 24 hours. They were competitive with their pricing (I checked three other reputable places) and better yet, they were able to come out within two weeks or less to help me out with the home sale timeline being tight. Don was very communicative with his emails and answered every question I had. Since I could not be at the property on the day of the install, I had a close friend open the house to let Don and his wife (what a great team!) into the basement. According to my friend's report, they were punctual, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient with their time. Don carefully listened to my friend explain the possible places I was hoping to have the PVC pipe run along the exterior wall, and he was able to sneak the system into a wonderfully inconspicuous spot. So, the new homeowner will have a working system that doesn't stand out like a sore thumb. They cleaned up after themselves, signed my lien waiver form, and gave me the option of doing a follow-up test myself or having them come back out to do a re-test. I decided to use the test kit they left, and when I had questions about that, Don was quick in his replies to help me out. If I had only one small recommendation (and this is minor), it might be helpful for them to have their own lien waiver form they could leave with the customer if one is needed. Again, that is a minor detail as I had a form ready for them to sign. As the ultimate compliment, my real estate agent ended up calling Superior Radon for a job and has indicated she now wants them to be her new and quot;go-toand quot; recommended company whenever clients need a radon mitigation system installed. I was very pleased with the entire process and would use them again in a heartbeat. Well done, and thank you!

Don did an excellent job of assessing the homesite and finding the most inconspicuous solution for running the vent pipe from the blower. He even painted the blower and pvc pipe to match the home , making the sytem all but invisible. A neighbor looked at the house from 100 feet away and couldn't see where the sytems was until I pointed it out. Don and his helper were very friendly, and explained what they were going to do and then completed the job effeciently and professionally and explained what they did. If you need a radon mitigation system that blends into your home Superior Radon Mitigation is an excellent solution.

Looks great and they did a really nice job of making it blend in with the outside. They worked hard and I was very pleased with the job they did. I would recommend them to anyone who needs Radon mitigation.

Superior Radon was excellent! The individual explained everything he was doing and walked me through each step before he started. He also presented me with a set of papers explaining my warranty, as well as things I need to know. I felt very informed throughout the entire process, and feel that this was an excellent choice. My Radon level immediately dropped to .1 pci - and I was not charged extra for this - whereas other companies wanted $150 to reach a level that low.

I was able to get a quote over the phone within 5 mins. Just answering a few questions about my home. The quote was guaranteed (I also got it in writing via email) and it was HALF of the other 2 quotes I got. Half the cost for the exact same installation and materials. HALF. Appointment was easy to set up. He showed up on time, was energetic and friendly. He went over the process step by step, kept me in the loop as needed. Finished on time and cleaned up when he was done. They provided me with the follow up test for the radon which I do myself and send in. The system is guaranteed for life and transfers with the title. I had my hesitations initially about getting the quote over the phone and it being half the cost, but in the end am superbly impressed and pleased that we went with them.
