His firm is all any homeowner could hope for … and more. He’s incredibly reliable, when so many vendors are not. He explains things clearly and stands by his promises. He’s courteous to a fault. More than courteous, he’s genuinely friendly and outgoing…, in every respect a pleasure to deal with. Important in terms of why we hired Shear Concrete, Trent has a conspicuous pride in his customer service and quality of workmanship. It’s far beyond what any homeowner reasonably could expect … and it’s at absolute the highest level. Equally impressive, Trent‘s service is provided at a fair price and precisely what the consumer was promised. The workmanship was spectacular. Many contractors would think that a sidewalk simply is, well, “a sidewalk”. Not to Trent. His design AND workmanship are special … superb actually. Drive by and see for yourself … our Beloit address is below. Large brick house on Milwaukee Road, one lot short of Chapin. Our crowning compliment is that we were so pleased with Shear Concrete’s work and friendly and businesslike approach that we immediately retained the company for ANOTHER PROJECT. Description of Work: requested a quote on a job, spoke with Trent, said he would come over and look at job at aroun noon, we waited until 2pm the tried to call, only got answering machine, left message, called again at 7pm, only got answering machine, left a message once again, it has been almost a week and still no call from him, must not want a job
