+ -1 moreWe had multiple leaks from the part of our roof that was flat. Cary came or sent someone each time we called. When it became obvious that the flat section could not simply be repaired, Cary's crew installed a 15 degree slope on the that section and re-shingled the peak. They also removed the unused chimney. They did a good job keeping the area cleaned up during the work and took care not to harm the plants around the house.

+ -1 moreOverall, we are satisfied with their performance. It would have been better if they had sloped the roof the first time, but we didn't know that and didn't request it. I wish they had suggested it. They did a great job cleaning up and they were very considerate on our needs. They come on time and finish on time. Their honor their guarantee.
Description of Work: Some time ago, S&S Roofing Co. repaired our flat roof in our attached garage. But since then it was leaking again and needed to be repaired repeatedly whic;h they did. We discussed the problem about needing repeated repairs and asked about what could be done different. They suggested and structured a small slope on the roof so it would help the water to run off better. This has solved the problem
