ROCK DISPOSAL INC

I am planning to replace my roof and called Rock Disposal to get prices on dumpster rental. The guy on the phone asked me how many squares of shingles are on my roof. I was not familiar with this term and asked "Squares of shingles?" Instead of explaining it to me, he repeated the question very rudely and proceeded with "You need to talk to your contractor or your husband!" Very sexist remark assuming I did not know what a square of shingles meant because I am woman. I told him I do not have a contractor, that we are putting the roof on ourselves and we have already purchased shingles from Home Depot. I told him I knew 3 bundles was 100 square. He rudely asked me how many bundles we purchased and I told him. Still was not happy with my answer. Told me to call back. Turns out a square of shingles is the same as 3 bundles which is 100 square feet. Well since we did not put the current roof on the house, we do not know how squares of shingles are on the roof but we do know many we will be putting on. I took my business else where and choose a company who are more professional and actually quoted me a lower price. All this guy had to do was kindly explain to me what a square of shingles was and I would have hired Rock Disposal right then.
