Description of Work: I did not actually work with Penny myself, but I recommended her to some friends who were looking to buy a house and they were just thrilled--couldn't say enough good things about her. She was prompt, helpful, and professional and--most important--showed them exactly the perfect house and helped them buy it in a hurry!

+ -1 moreShe was above and beyond for what we asked for. She did everything and would call me on Sunday evening if I ask her. She did everything that a momma would do for her son when she sold us a home. We were actually less available than she was. She did an excellent job.
