Nature's Touch Landscaping

I first spoke with Nature's Touch on 12/3/18. The lady there said that they would do a drive by of the property and get me an estimate by the end of the next day. Provided my number and e-mail. Called again on 12/6/18 to see where the estimate was and I was again told by the same lady that one would be sent to me by the end of the week. I called on 12/11/18 and the same lady said that they would call me back with the estimate in about an hour. Never heard from them. On 12/19/18, I contacted the same lady and was told that a voice mail was left for me on 12/11/18. I never received a voice mail from Nature's Touch, so I asked what number they used (I only used my cell phone with a 636 prefix). She said they left a voice mail at a phone number with a 244 prefix. Not even close. Then, she tells me that they "are full for Beloit any way for the year". Unprofessional and disorganized company.
