Description of Work: I had a concrete re-surface done... the finish (broom) was awful and he refused to edge the surface when completed. I had to go along and break off the ragged edges he left. I also had to break up the concrete he left on my lawn when cleaning his equipment. I give him a 'B' for politeness but overall, I could have done better myself.
