Great experience. The team was clean and very respectful.

They came in on budget, they were willing to do the work in a specific time frame that I needed, but some of the people who did the work are no longer with the company. Some of the recommendations the owner made to cover up mistakes were not the best. As the process went on it took a lot longer and I ended up fighting with the owner quite a bit. Rick was very knowledgeable about plumbing and fixtures, I wouldn't say he was the best in design recommendations. Clean up was excellent. The process went over a few months, it started out with 5 people. They gave a reasonable price.

They were eligible for the job but I didn?t hire them. They seemed pretty good. Their bid was more than the bid that I received from another company. The bid was for about $40000. I was impressed with them. They were professional and showed up on time as well. Their responsiveness was good. I would definitely consider using their services in the future.

Outstanding performance and excellent results. Webster provides a written estimate not only of cost but of time to complete the job, and he fulfills this commitment. Jobs are completed quickly (a week or so for each of our bathrooms). The care and quality of work are excellent; tile work is superb. Webster and his subcontractors are thoughtful, polite, and as unintrusive as possible, cleaning up daily and avoiding tracking dirt around.

Mike was very helpful in selecting tile and fixture beforehand and stayed in touch leading up to project start. He also kept us up to date daily during the project. Subcontractors were professional and did quality work. Did a great job protecting the tile floor and protecting the rest of our house during the project. An excellent overall experience.

Very well. Mike Webster is very patient, skilled and knowledgeable as are his associates. Guided us carefully in selection of materials, always aware of budget. Quality work by Mike and associates. Regular communication either by phone or in person before, during and checking in after job was completed.

Fabulous remodeling experience. Mike took our preliminary plans and reworked them into a few different options. He personally helped us shop for tile, cabinetry, and fixtures, and gave us his design opinion when he thought we were going off track. The crew were all professionals, took care of dealing with city inspectors and vendors, and took time to pet the dog or explain to our kids what they were working on. The project went a week beyond the projected completion date mostly due to the project requiring more tiling than we'd originally planned, but as this was not our only bathroom, it was not a big problem.
