The initial interface and work done was priced fairly, the work and quality of product was excellent. A problem develop about 3 weeks ago. I called to have it fixed or to get a recommendation of someone that could. I got voice mail and left a message requesting he call back. I waited a week with no contact. For the last two weeks I have tried to call at least twice each day. All I get is a busy signal. I sent an email requesting a response if only that he wasn't interested in following up with the problem. I have received no response to date. I honestly do not know if he is still in business. He still has a website, and still advertises. Based on the initial interface, I have recommended him to many contacts. Based on this, I will warn others to stay away. Today, I called someone else who stopped by and observed the problem and fixed it for $50.

I enrolled in Angie's List because I had a specific problen in my kitchen and I wanted to get really good help. There was only one potential company in my area that might do the work. It was JL Olson. I called them and left a message. They never called me back.Last Fall, I was asked to give an evaluation. I answered the questions exactly as I am now. I didn't use them. They didn't call me back. I was very disappointed that I spent the money to join Angie's List and all I got was one company to call. I received phone calls from Angie's List staff questioning me on this process. I didn't appreciate the fact that they acted as if I made this up.Here we are months later. Same questions. I find this very unprofessional and a huge waste of my time and money.

Jon and his crew completed everything in a timely manner, professionally, neat, responded to any questions and concerns I had and did a very good job on finishing.

The service was done on time with great workmanship and cleanup!

Jon and Ryan were respectful of our house and performed this project with professionalism and did so at a fair price. We were very pleased with their work. They installed the tile backer board, mastic and tile, then grouted and cleaned up. Our room looks very nice! I would recommend their services.

It's been remarkably easy working with them. They have great subcontractors who are respectful of our home and the high quality workmanship that we need. John is the general contractor, and he worked very hard to keep us happy while the work was going on.
