Bill took the time to explain different options for heating and cooling in my home. He and his crew came out and did an outstanding install, including setting up the drain in a different way to work with my basement layout. He came back to explain everything to us and at the time, we had a dryer vent clog. He called his second truck immediately to bring the equipment out on a weekend to clean it out for us. Bill and his crew were great to work with. They have a customer for life; all my future HVAC needs will be handled by Bill and the Aliance crew.

My AC was not cooling really well so I initially requested a tuneup w possible service. Bill responded to Angies list very quickly And could get me in soon where other compnies said weeks away. Unfort my AC had to thaw out a large ice mass. Bill is prompt, thorough, friendly and skilled. He explains and makes sure you understand. I gave B for wait time after thaw out and his helper not interested in being at job. If Bill does the actual work I would definitely recommend.

Was having issues with AC not working. Called Bill up and he came out quickly and got my AC going. Was very through going over all the steps he took to get it running again and even fixed a issue I had with it from the original install. Will definitely be using them for my future heating and cooling needs
