We have been satisfied customers of Mother Earth Cleaners for the past four years. We first hired them when we were expecting our first child --- hoping that "outsourcing" housecleaning would make that transition easier. It absolutely did! We have since stayed with Mother Earth through the sale of our old house and the purchase of a new one, and now the birth of our second child. I am a neat freak/ type-A perfectionist whose sense of wellbeing is strongly affected by the order and cleanliness of my personal space, and it has made a HUGE difference to me and my family to have professional cleaners come every two weeks. My husband and I no longer argue about whose turn it is to clean the bathroom, the dust bunnies piling up around the furniture, or crumbs falling on the floor. If you are a working parent and can afford the service, I HIGHLY recommend hiring professional cleaners at least once a month-- it may even save your marriage! ;-) Aside from Mother Earth's attention to detail, great customer service, and eco-friendly cleaning products, we have really appreciated the relationship we've developed with our dedicated cleaning team. Patricia (our team lead) is a kind, hardworking, and generous person in addition to being great at her job, and we regularly check in about each others' kids and lives. It's wonderful to work with a company you trust and individuals you like, and Mother Earth has provided us with both!

We’ve been using Mother Earth Cleaner for four years and have always been very pleased with their cleaning services. They are prompt, very thorough and efficient, and I love knowing that only natural products are used to clean my home. Several different cleaning teams have cleaned our home and all have been great. When I was looking for a way to reduce our family’s spending, the owner kindly worked with me to find a way to keep our same cleaning schedule but with having certain rooms cleaned only on every other visit.

They showed up on time in uniforms and went right to work. They were very thorough, they moved all my shoes under the bed to vacuum. The house was dust free and the floors were shiny and clean.

Tekla and Mother Earth Cleaners are awesome - I cannot say enough good things about them. I have been a client for 10 years. Pays attention to details: Tekla and her crews pay attention to the things that are important (to me and our family), unlike other cleaning companies. Every company has a list of cleaning tasks they often do but this company customizes that to suit each family. Initially, they came out and talked with me about what I wanted done in each room and how often. This is not information that they just try to remember; instead, they took detailed notes and photos to make it clear so the regular or substitute crew knows exactly what needs to be done and how. 
Accommodating scheduling: Over the last 10 years, there have been times the crew has come weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. They are willing to work out a schedule that works for you, which – in my case – included making sure they were out the door before my young children arrived home from school. Clear communication and responsive: I receive an email well ahead of each cleaning, as a reminder and for a chance to reschedule/cancel with plenty of notice. They are also able to help with adjustments of what to do (to keep the cost the same) or to add extra tasks – when you set this up with advanced notice. I also get an email a day or two ahead to confirm the window of their arrival time (usually an hour). They always arrive within that time frame, in good spirits and ready to work. Trustworthy: I have never had any issues with any crew coming into my home. They have my house key. Not only has nothing ever been taken, the crews have a track record of finding things I have lost and thought I’d never see again. Happiness Guarantee If something is not done well, they WANT to hear about it so they have a chance to make it right. I had a wood floor which was tricky to get smooth after it was cleaned. They came back a couple of times when this would happen and then – shortly after that – solved the problem and took care of it successfully from then on. Overall, I am very pleased with Mother Earth Cleaners, which is likely clear by my loyalty to them for ten years. Each time I arrive home after they have been here, my house feels and looks amazing. They do a great job cleaning and caring for my home.

Amazing! We needed a deep cleaning. The service was prompt and reasonable. We came home to an immuclate house. I am considering having a team come in monthly to keep my home fresh! Love that they are eco friendly.

I received the cleaning as a gift. They were fantastic. The whole team was very hard working and did a wonderful job. The house was sparking when they left. My house is about 2800 sq ft and had not had a real clean in quite a while and they talked with me to address my highest priorities first (my worry we’d ran out of time!) but they got it all done and did a high-quality job.

Very responsive to my particular needs and wants and also flexible - they try very hard to accommodate any schedule changes you may have. The cleaning team is punctual, hard working and thorough. I've been very hesitant to hire a cleaning service due to many previous bad experiences but I'm very glad I went ahead and hired them.

The communication with the cleaners was great. The scheduler called and discussed the job with me and got more detail on what we wanted done. We got an emailed estimate, and two reminders about the appointment. The team of 4 (Guadalupe, Claudia, Lorena, and Yolanda) showed up exactly on time and worked for 2 hours (8 hrs total cleaning time). They appeared to work very hard from the minute they got there. A brief inspection of the house showed it looked really good., but I have not done a thorough inspection. I was particularly impressed with the kitchen. They were not able to get all the way under the beds and furniture, which is understandable, but would have been nice if they could have done it. They did not seem to mind our dog being in the house, which was good. The only point of confusion was on the number of bathrooms. We have 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The appointment only showed two bathrooms because the form asked for how many full bathrooms. I had them skip the 1/2 bathroom since that is the easiest one for us to do. The team was great, the scheduler was great and I would definitely hire them again.

We have 2 Springer Spaniels and a cat in the house so there was quite a bit of pet hair. They did a great job getting rid of it all. Everything looked great when they were done.
