Description of Work: Did not wash floor. All they did was use broom and even then floors were dirty. The main cleaner stepped out to have his car fixed. Gone an hour. While gone, the other 2 worked obnoxiously slow. For 7.5 hours of cleaning all they finished were 4 rooms. Slow, slow, slow.

We were unaware there was a problem with the cleaning. I reached out to this client following the review and received no response. I am confused by her saying we "swept" as we do not have brooms and sweeping is not a part of our cleaning methods. We vacuum and mop. Yes, it is true that the team lead needed to step out for a little while to deal with a car issue, however, we spoke to the client at the time and she did receive her full 7.5 labor hours of cleaning.

Description of Work: It did not go well because the two cleaners that showed up said they were staying for only 2 hours which would be 4 hours of cleaning when I paid for 8. |This was straightened out by calling the company and having them talk to the |cleaners. The cleaners were told to stay for 4 hours which was the correct time. |I felt that the cleaners were angry that they were made to stay that long. | |

This client purchased an Angie's List Special which was 7.5 labor hours of cleaning which equal 2.5 hours for a 3 person team. On this day, one person on the team was sick, so the team only had two people. The problem occurred when the team lead miscalculated the "duration" of her time in the home with only 2 people. The duration for a two person team for 7.5 labor hours is 3 hours and 45 minutes. The team lead appropriately called the office when she was confused on the time, we straightened it out. We also spoke directly with the client and explained the misunderstanding of calculating the time for a two person team. The client seemed to understand the confusion and we assured her the team would stay until the job was completed. The client in her review says our team was there for a total of 8 hours, so our team stayed longer than she had even contracted. We are happy to stay longer if needed to complete a job, if that's is what is needed. We did not charge this client in this instance for the additional time. Generally labor beyond the time range purchased is an additional fee.

Description of Work: The 3 cleaners failed to provide the 7.5 hours of cleaning in the special I paid for; I'd estimate it was more like 6 hours. They did do, sort of, the priorities that I asked them to do then left without asking if there was more. I had to stop the last one from leaving because a couple of things I specifically asked for had not been done. I found several spots they missed afterwards. There was no follow-up after the service - I was hoping they would call as my previous cleaners always did.

We were at her home for 7.5 labor hours, which is 2.5 cleaning hours for a team of 3 people in the home (2:45 - 5:15). We have a 100% Happiness Guarantee, however, the client needs to let us know if there is a problem, and then we return for free and remedy the issue. We leave a copy of this this guarantee at every cleaning. We did not hear from the client in order fix it, her only form of feedback is this review. I will be contacting her to see if there is anything we can do at this point to remedy what she feels we did not clean.
