EXCELLENT. Great job Cleaning.

They were running late but David called to let me know. He sent a crew of three. I spoke with the lead and let her know what I wanted. They got to work immediately. They were fine with my daughters golden retriever. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished before I expected. My daughter was very impressed. The only negative comment she made was that the wood floors did not look as clean as she expected. I called David the next day and he offered to come over and have it redone. My daughter indicated that it wasn't necessary. David actually stopped at the house not only to check and see how things were going, but to bring a new vacuum. Overall, they were very good. David is very personable and friendly.

The interview visit with David was thoroughly enjoyable, while he listened and noted my various requests. He explained their mission and the quality of their GREEN products. We agreed on a day/time and exchanged phone numbers. He sent an email to confirm his estimate for my needs and we made our agreement. The process is virtually painless. On the day the team arrived, we double-checked the list of jobs as originally discussed, going thru each room to confirm what and where. The team jumped right in to work and I left the house. Upon my return, they were finishing and Tekla and I did a review. Once they were gone, I did another walk-through to see if anything was missed. Overall they provided a very good service and I will call them again without hesitation. THANKS M E

They are great. David, my contact, is super friendly and very attentive. They do a good job. I am totally comfortable with their pricing and they use all natural products. They are efficient but I am not here when they do the cleaning. Overall they are a very solid company. I am happy to be associated with them.

Fantastic experience! They were responsive with their communication, costs were reasonable, and the staff are very professional and detailed. They worked efficiently, yet very thorough! We'd definitely hire them again and recommend them to family and friends. Great service!!!!

I like that they do green cleaning, so it is environmentally safe for the kids and animals and all that. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I arranged this entire service while on vacation in Orlando, Florida, for my sister back in Madison, Wis., as a birthday present for her. David was very professional over the phone with me and via email. His cleaning crew showed up to my sister's on time, and according to my sister did a very thorough job on the cleaning. I will be using them again.

The cleaning was fine. I felt the cost was high but this may be the going rate.

They were good at couple of things and couple of things they were average. The main thing is that they came on short notice and worked hard. They prepared the house for the next day. They did a good job. They took about two and a half hours and there were three people.

We pay $150 for every two weeks. What stands out from the other cleaners is their thoroughness and they spend more time and get things cleaner. They were willing to work with us because we have a dog that gets excitable and they worked well with us. The company is definitely good.

Overall, the crew arrived. We discussed what rooms would/would not be cleaned and where they would clean first. They got to work and I stayed out of their way as best as possible. When they were done with the upstairs I pointed out a few missed spots. We followed the same procedure after they finished downstairs and when they were done (about 3 hours later) with the whole house. We then discussed the best way for me to pay - which I ultimately did online.

I initially spoke with David and he was very nice and accommodating. He came over within a few days and looked over the house and gave me an estimate. My wife and I decided to go with them. They have done an excellent job. The folks that they have hired to clean are very friendly and professional. It takes them about two hours and we have a fairly large house. They even provided us with a key lockbox so we don't have to hide a key under the third rock from the left or some other random place. David is very quick to respond to e-mail and gives you a heads up that they are coming. I would recommend them and plan to continue using them. Cheers!

They were pretty good. They were on time. The owner is really nice and showed up to help clean, which was really good. They were good about cleaning up after animals. Their price was a little high, but we think they use more expensive products.

I had spent the evening and then the morning before, getting everything prepared for a good cleaning, and they really followed through just the way I had hoped. I also very much appreciated the relationship the lead partner demonstrated with her assistant; it is extremely important to me to know that those I do business with are respectful in their relationships with those who they supervise, particularly in cases where those being supervised are not native to the English language. We will definitely plan on having them come monthly. They were great!

I had a good feeling from the start b/c the man I worked with was so friendly & nice, as well as thorough. However, the cleaning was awful. I was looking for the home to be thoroughly cleaned & disinfected before we moved in. After they left the floors, etc were still filthy. The crew returned & re-cleaned. Still dirty - we are talking visible dirt, crumbs, etc on the floors - bugs in light fixtures, floor sticky, hard water film on glass shower walls, etc. When I questioned the woman, who was also the owner, she said that she had some products that could remove the hard water films, but that the sticky floor was due to someone leaving cleaning product on it too long & would not budge. She offered to come back for yet a 3rd time, but by that time I had had it. I ended up cleaning the entire house myself with Lysol & bleach products - the sticky kitchen floor was totally fine after a washing with hot water & Lysol. The hard water films came off with a bit of scrubbing & Soft Scrub. I took pictures of the water used to wash the floors AFTER the cleaning company had done it twice with their steam cleaner - it was brown. Our white sox worn while walking on the floors they had cleaned - brown on the bottoms. I contacted the company by email after to tell them that I did not feel I got what I wanted & it certainly was not worth the fee - I even offered to send them pictures of the dirt, the brown water & our socks - they never contacted me back by email or phone. I was very disappointed & feel they are a rip off. Mother Nature vs. Lysol - Lysol wins hands down.

Our first two cleanings left us a little disappointed as certain basic items were unfinished. We expressed our concern and the owner apologized and sent a new team out free of charge for our next cleaning. They did a wonderful job and have been ever since. They were very nice and worked around my golden retrievers if I was ever running late to get them out of their way. I would definitely recommend Mother Earth Cleaners.

I originally heard about them on the radio so I looked them up on Angie?s List. The work they are doing is great.

Terrific experience from the moment that David answered the initial phone inquiry all the way through the quote visit and then through the cleaning itself. Terrific staff who are friendly and fun, yet very professional and quick. They genuinely care about the customer's satisfaction and call or email to check up after each visit. Reasonably priced; real value, actually, when you consider how thorough the cleaning is.

I was looking for new cleaners who use environmentally friendly products and do a good job, after being unhappy with my previous crew who didn't deliver their environmental promise and put a lot of pressure on workers to get in and out fast. I got more than I bargained for. On the first visit, they were extremely thorough, vacuuming crown moldings and above the kitchen cupboards, for example. I have new wool rugs that shed and they removed the furniture and vacuumed in both directions. They took their time and did a wonderful job everywhere. The second visit didn't take as long but again they found new things to clean and did a great job. They use quality equipment and non-toxic products. Equally important to me is the way employees are treated. Supervisors are very respectful of employees, who in turn are friendly and conscientious. I have hired cleaners off-and-on for 20+ years. This is the first time I have been completely happy with the job done.I am looking forward to a long association with Mother Earth Cleaners.

They wiped down all of the walls and baseboards, cupboards, counters dusted all of the surfaces, thouroughly cleaned our kitchen including our microwave oven inside and out. They steam cleaned all of the tile flooring in the kitchens and bathrooms. Removed some very stubborn mineral deposits from our shower glass doors. Dusted our ceiling fans (!) and vacuumed everything. This is saying something since we live with two shedding dogs. They went above and beyond. I loved the fact that all of their cleaning products are non-toxic and not harmful to living things. I will never go back to conventional products now that i see the results. Everyone that came over was so friendly and personable, a pleasure to have in my house. I would highly recommend them.

I learned about Mother Earth Cleaners when I was recently visiting my daughter in Madison. I was totally impressed with the way they cleaned her house - especially the kitchen. They use natural cleaning products - no chemicals - and powerful vacuums and steam cleaners to clean. It's the steam cleaners that most impressed me. My daughter's stove has never been so clean! All the gooey grime that collects in the stove knobs is gone! I'm usually the one cleaning her stove when I visit, and I have never gotten it as clean as they did. And they did it in a fraction of the time that it would have taken me. They really have a unique approach. When they come through the door, they lay down a big mat that they place all of their cleaning supplies on, and they change their shoes before they come in - all so they don't bring in any outside dirt. They also tended to many small details that we really appreciated, like washing the window above the kitchen sink and polishing the copper kettle on the stove. They use great equipment that cleans safely and efficiently. I highly recommend them!
