They arrived a bit early, I was happy I was home so it worked out. There were two of them instead of a the 3 people I was expecting but they stayed longer to make up for the time. They did a great job, I'm very happy with the way it went and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. I'm not the easiest person to satisfy when it comes to cleaning so that's saying quite a lot!

It was great. The guys were careful, friendly, professional and SOOOOO FAST! I could hardly believe it. It is the second time I have used them. Previously, they came to my home when I returned home from an out of town trip to my Aunt's house, with a trailer full of stuff. They unloaded it and helped me take the trailer back! They even helped me get the trailer of my truck unhitched. I am a single grandma, so I always have a Honey-Do list, but no Honey to do it. It gives me GREAT COMFORT to know that the guys from Mother Earth's Father Fix-It are there for me with great service, reasonable prices and a friendly hand to lend! Call them today if you are like me and need an extra strong hand around the house!

Great service even though I was not planning to purchase from them. They were quick to reply, so I would feel great about working with em if needed.

Very well. Three professional cleaners showed up shortly before 8am and were done with our entire house in 2 hours. We have about 1600 sq. ft. ranch, and they even vacuumed the utility side of the basement. Everything looked amazing - better than I've ever done.

Unsatisfied. I asked them to clean the whole house including specifically the laundry area, the floor of which really needed to be mopped/scrubbed badly. I also asked that if they needed more time to clean, that they call me and I'd OK it. Instead they left the laundry room completely untouched, as well as the porch area. I had to email them to ask them to come back and finish. I got no response and the listing was in days, so I had to email twice. They did come back and swept the laundry room, but the floor was still really dirty and stained. Not even an attempt to mop it. I had to do the laundry room floor myself even after they came twice. It looks like they vacuumed up and swept the majority of dust bunnies. However they did sort of a half-a** job. They did not clean several of the blinds which were still very dusty. There was still dust and hair on the furniture and floor. There was a huge amount of dust under and around the appliances in the kitchen, which was clearly not attempted to be cleaned at all, so I had to clean that myself. The sink and counters were still stained, I had to clean those myself with bleach. I guess if you want something done right you do it yourself. I wish I had saved my money.

The Mother Earth cleaning crew did a great job. We have infant twins and have not kept up with our dusting, deep cleaning. They did a nice job throughout our entire home. Our kitchen and bathrooms looked especially great. They even cleaned the inside of the cup that I keep my toothbrush in - above and beyond. The cleaning products they used did not leave a strong chemical scent, this is very important to us. Their estimate/scheduler emails are not as efficient (same-day) as some other cleaning companies we've used, but they seem to get back to me within 2 business days.

Bathrooms and kitchen have never been so clean. Floors looked fantastic. Cat hair was miraculously vacant from our house. I plan to hire them again.

I had been using Mother Earth Cleaners for a few months when my husband and I still loved in our apartment on the West side of Madison. They were great when we were over there and it was such a help to have Cleaners come especially since my husband and I both worked full time jobs. In July we moved into a house on the East side of Madison. I wanted everything cleaned before the movers came to bring in our stuff. Jolene worked so hard with me to find a time when a cleaning team could come out to the house but between my busy schedule and their schedule we could not get it to work. I talked to my husband and we decided that if he stayed at the apartment he could be there to finish the final packing and I could drive over to the house to meet the cleaners first thing in the morning. Jolene made it happen and we set the appointment so that the cleaners would come to the new house at 8 am. I got up extra early that day so that I could make sure I was there before the cleaners. The team called be at 8:30 am saying that they were just outside the door. I looked and they were not there. They had gone to our apartment on the West side instead of the new house on the East side even though I had double checked numerous times that they had the correct address prior to arriving. At that point, it was going to take them at least a half hour to get to the house and I knew they had a tight schedule and needed to be at their next destination by noon so I was not going to get there full three hours that I was initially quoted. When they arrived at 9:15 am they got started right away. One guy was on his cell phone quite a bit but in general the work was dive and they finished at 11:00 am. I called the company to let them know and they issued me a credit for the hour difference. Now fast forward a month. We were hosting our housewarming party and I decided to use my credit to get the house cleaned in preparation for the party. We set up a time for 3:00 pm on the Wednesday before the Saturday party. The cleaners called me at 3:45 saying that they were just leaving their other job and that they were sorry for running late. I had originally booked the 3:00 pm time so that the two hour cleaning would be fine before my husband got home from work. I did note though that the email gave an hour window for the cleaners to arrive, so I said I understood and I expected them to arrive by 4:00 pm. They different got to my house by 4:30 pm an hour and a half late. They got to work right away but this time I felt like it was a rush job. The head cleaner even came to me and said that her notes said they did not have to do the basement. I told them that was wrong and I did want the basement done. I could not get in touch with Jolene so I left a voicemail for her because I did not believe that I should have been charged the full quoted price given the time and the job done. I ended up paying the full price anyway since I could not get in touch with anyone from the company. I may have gotten an email with another credit but honestly I am not going to use it or them again. I was so frustrated by the lousy job done and the late arrivals that I told the cleaners I would not be using them again. I am now searching for a new cleaning company.

Mother Earth Cleaners truly saved the day for me 4 years ago when they did a wonderful job on a last-minute move-in cleaning for our home. They've been delivering quality service every week since then. My cleaning Team is familiar with my home, dogs and specific cleaning needs, they are wonderful. Mother Earth Cleaners delivers personalized, quality cleaning service and I highly recommend them!

After being disappointed by several cleaners I am happy to say that Mother Earth cleanrs proved that the third time is a charm! After a little hicccup with locating the house...no biggie as they called and go direction....I found Julie and her crew to be delightful professinal and most of all THOROUGH!! These ladies know how to clean!!! Nothing was missed and attention to detail made all the difference!! They will be cleaning my house on a regular basis and I am thrilled to have finally found a crew and a cleaning company that pays attention to the details of cleaning....cannot say enough GOOD things about them. If you are considering hiring a cleaning company...this is THE one to hire!! Very reasonably priced and so so impressed with them!!!

The three women who did the work were very pleasant and efficient. I did not feel however that I received the services I was told I would receive for a move-in clean. I felt like it was more of a weekly cleaning vs. a more thorough cleaning.

Very good clean, we were impressed. Just missed dusting under the couch but if you did not have a Swiffer that would have been difficult.

We have them come in once a month. The cost varies on the work you would like performed. They are very thorough and accurate with how they charge. They will schedule times to come when we are not home so we do not disrupt each other. They are very polite.

In our opinion, this is by far the most unprofessional house cleaning service in the area. They could care less about getting to the bottom of issues within their company. It feels like they have their heads in the sand and/or not willing to admit their mistakes. We now pay a little more at Kayla's for a cleaning service that is well beyond the professionalism and service we have ever experienced. Before Mother Earth we had a cheaper (about 20-25%) outfit that cleaned the house and was reasonable for the money but we wanted something better. Mother Earth was worse than the cheaper outfit. Last straw was pulled when they damaged property and were unwilling to acknowledge the possibility that it could have been them.

My team does a good job each time. They are open to feedback. Dependable. I experienced a minor disruption when a manager left the company but it was handled professionally and good service has continued

They do a great job but just this week it appears the owners have had a falling out. Tekla seems to be holding on to Mother Earth and David is starting a new company. I am not sure how this is going to shake out. I am hopping there won't be any distribution to my service.

Marie and Alba were wonderful. They were on time, got right to work and were very professional and friendly. We had them come over at 830am, and clean the public areas of our house for a party we were having. They did a great job, our house was clean and fresh, they were unobtrusive and very nice to my young daughters who can get underfoot. My wife has a chemical sensitivity which makes using most cleaning products difficult, not so here. We are looking into a bi-weekly service and would definately go with these guys if we decided to pull the trigger.

It was a pretty well job. They did a fine job. I asked them to use not really heavy chemicals and they worked into that and complied. I wasn't unpleasant and surprised. They kind of respected that. They did a pretty thorough job. The price was comparable to other places I looked at. They may be a little bit cheaper. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive. It was an average price. There were few thing I wish they had done but they didn't. They called me pretty quickly.
