+ -1 moreThe project went great. Steve took the time to meet with us to go over all the details we were looking for. The deck we requested was approximately 300 square feet and is raised about 6 feet off the ground level. The guys worked diligently through one of the hottest weeks of the summer to complete the deck within about a week. The overall cost of the deck was slightly more than what we were expecting, but you definitely get what you pay for. They did an awesome job and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

+ -1 moreI sought and obtained several quotes for the work. Maertz and Haase (Mand H) provided very competitive quote using superior materials relative to other bidders. Mand H prepared drawings based on my specifications and used these to seek building permit. Despite the best efforts of Mand H local authority would only approve a smaller structure. This was installed at a reduced cost. Workmanship was of excellent quality.
Description of Work: Replaced front porch / house entryway with a deck-like structure. Prepared drawings and obtained building permit from local authority.
