I was very happy with the repair work. Although it took a while to get the right parts, the end result was excellent and saved me a lot of money. This laptop was only a few months old when it broke and the repair was not covered under the warranty. The manufacturer was going to charge me over $500 to replace the screen, nearly the cost of a new laptop!

He analyzed the problem, told me he was familiar with the malware and took my machine to the office to work on it. He said it would take some time and there was no need for me to pay the on site charges. I asked how long it would take and he told me he would probably have my computer back to me within 24 hours. And he was true to his word. He spent time with me to make sure I was comfortable with and understood the changes he had made. Sometimes you have to learn a lesson the hard way. Quality Computer Service made me experience a little bit softer! I recommend them highly for their responsiveness, professionalism and punctuality. The price may have been a little high, but I paid it gladly.

Both people were very personable and knowledgeable and took time. They were very good. I think they can be trusted. They are on time. They are reliable people and cost is right there.
