We did not know Tad prior to us hiring him to paint our home. We got three estimates, and Tad came up the lowest… By far. With the lowest price bid, I questioned what kind of quality I would be getting for my money. For those of you having similar questions prior to embarking on a major project, I can assure you that hiring Tad is the best bang for your buck you ll ever get. His quality and expertise is top notch. I hired him to paint our three-story home, after some contractors wouldn t even give me a bid for such a feat. Tad did not even bat an eye, and he had all of the equipment and know-how To complete the difficult project in a matter of a couple of weeks. He works from sun up to sundown. He didn t even come into use our restroom! He has a great personality- quiet but witty and smart. He went above and beyond, fixing things beyond the scope of the painting project when I d ask him about our water leakage and insects. He fixed Rotten boards before painting over them. He earned my trust, and I will contact Tad again for any home improvement project in the future!!
