Work was done neatly and quickly for the price we agreed on. We will have them back this summer to do more work for us.

The gutters and covers were installed very well, but we use heat coils, gutter heat wiring to avoid ice dams. They lossened all the anchors for the wires but did not reinstall them correctly or effectively, we are now experiencing a blizzard and can see 1st hand that the coils were not reinstalled correctly or effectively. too many loose wires. It's too late to fix this until Spring!

Very well. The job took only a day.

Very pleased. One of the gutters did not extend past the end of the roof and as a result rain dripped off the end of the house. After sending them pictures of what was occurring, they came back and replaced the gutter. That is satisfaction guaranteed! ☺️

Entire project went very well. Rick Klawitter did an excellent job preparing the bid while Tracy Lindblom managed the installation process and communicated timelines in an ongoing timely fashion. Actual installation went smoothly and finished product looks great. Finally Sarah IIavsky delivered a professional and courteous job of final administrative details. It went pretty well. The diagram the salesperson sent to the installers was a little difficult to decipher so I was a little more involved than I think I would have been otherwise (and I couldn't remember all of the details myself). They weren't able to complete the job on the first day of install due to ice buildup in an existing gutter. They came back a few weeks later to complete the job once the weather warmed some and the ice melted. I had to call the office a few times about scheduling. I felt like they could have been more proactive in keeping me informed. Overall, I'm pleased with the end results though.

The work went great. The crew was professional, they arrived on time, and they were very neat. The gutters and gutter guards look fantastic and believe it or not, actually make the front of the house look better than it did before. The job I had was a bit unique in that I have several cut-outs in the overhang. I had several other estimates where they wanted to ignore the cutouts and just put a straight gutter on the fascia board. Bruce Andrews seamless gutters actually took the time to design a plan that addressed the cutouts and included them as part of the project. The result was a much more professional job.

Came on time, did good work. They do give you an 11 day window on when the work crew will come which is not ideal - they came during a work meeting and so that was a bit awkward, but I can't take 11 days off to avoid that scenario of course. The team was friendly and checked in with questions. This company does have you pay half the quote upfront as a deposit, FYI.

The information, estimation and explanations of the project conviced us together with the good opinions of the company in internet. It was disappointing to have to wait the 2 days the project was scheduled without any call back. Finally the third time they came and worked all day in the project with an excellent quality in the installation of the gutters in our house
