Description of Work: Put seamless gutters on 2 sides of my house and replaced all old damaged downspouts with larger diameter spouts. The original estimator was very professional and helpful. He indicated that work would be done late April or May. In June I called and they gave me a date. They came 2 days later and installed gutters and 3 downspouts. I had to call them back to get the last 2 done. The quality was very good and they did respond when I contacted them, but I had to pester a bit to get everything done.

He explained what he would do and why with several good suggestions. | |His bid was the highest I received but if it weren't for the fact we are installing gutters to sell the house I would seriously consider using them. His warranties and track record are very good.

Description of Work: installed gutter and down spouts. Was told to contact me before work to be done on house, nobody works on my house with me there. Installed while I was gone, did not call to say they were on there way. Installed in snow storm and gutters were very dirty. Did not install defector from valley to gutter, rain went over gutter when raining.

The email communication with this customer was over a 3 month period waiting to get ready to install, once we got the approval to install the gutter system we gave an initial starting date. Yes the crew member are supposed to call before arriving to the home, and we are sorry if they failed to do so. Description of Work: They putting six inch gutters on the north side of our house and included a gutter rain barrel as well. This was part of an Angie's List coupon. I met with the owner to set the work to be done as well as add the rain barrel to the order. | |Everything was done as stated. In addition, the clean up was such that we wouldn't have known the work was done except they had called me and explained the work done. In addition, they left enough gutter so that should I want to remove the rain barrel, I can attach the extra gutter so that it reaches the ground and drains away from the house. | |Definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: Bought a "Big Deal" for 50 feet gutters and downspouts. By the time the estimate was finished I was going to need to pay an extra $450 over the $290 I already for the 9 extra feet of downspouts I needed. I believe that many of the suggested "upgrades" were correct... I also believe that there was a premium being charged that made it a "Bad Deal"

The estimate this customer received was for gutters and downs spouts which came to 59 liner feet total, the "Big Deal" was for 50 Feet of gutter work, as explained CLEARLY in the text when this customer purchased the "Big Deal" on Angie's List for $289.00. This customer also needed additional drip edge added to the home, this was an extra $280.00, as suggested to install with the gutter project to PREVENT any other damage to the home, this was an OPTIONAL purchase but very highly recommended with the installation of gutters. All in all the total bid was for $432.50 over the Angie's List Big Deal. Every product we sell is on bottom line pricing and we give our customers the chance to take advantage of a deal every year we make nothing extra on these deals accept the chance provide excellent service and a quality product to potential customers. Every house is different and if a customer only wants to spend what the "Big Deal" purchase price is for then we can do that, but anything over the 50 ft will be charged at normal pricing. 95% of our Big Deal Customers find this to be a GREAT deal and use it to an advantage when purchasing gutters for their home.
