Description of Work: Installed a 6" rain gutter across the back of house, with down spout. It looks great and they did a great job. I will have them come back to replace the front gutters when I am able. They did tighten up the front and fixed some problems with the existing gutters. A great group of folks to work with, from the estimate to the completed job.

Description of Work: They put new gutters and guards on my house. Later there was a small issue in the middle of the winter and they came out to handle it on a Sunday. That was impressive! Whenever I have had any questions they've been there to handle them quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: They installed 50 ft of gutters, but then we also contracted to have them install soffit and fascia for the ends of our house. The crew was excellent, very professional. The work was done promptly and professionally. We are very pleased!

Description of Work: Front gutter replaced over garage/driveway. We requested service during a very busy time & the entire team helped us with plans, set up times, and to get the job done. We are pretty happy with the work with exception to 1 flaw. The team came back out and fixed it within a week and thus far has held up well with the snow melt and heavy rains. Product looks really nice. People were kind and polite.

Description of Work: Experience was great. They assessed the needs of the garage and the house, suggested enhancements to solve dripping noises and better route water flow. Best part is I have no more slippery ice issues around my garage and walkways. BA Seamless is a good choice for Gutters.

Description of Work: Had a lot of communication issues with this company. I was told when I made the purchase the project would take 4-5 hours, one time visit and be done. The whole process took 6 or 7 trips to my house where multiple items were missed (missing parts, missing clips, missing de-icers) and I had to call and call to get them back to the house. From the beginning of the contract I requested that de-icing wires be installed due to ice build up on one side of my house. I was told "no problem", but there was all kinds of problems getting these installed completely and correctly. They finally got everything installed correctly, but they charged me extra and it took many phone calls and posts to Angie's List to get the work completed correctly. I was told the company had a fire, some of guys quit, some were fired, etc. I'm sorry they've had so many company problems, but the turmoil in the company reflected on my project. It did not go smooth at all. If you use this company I would recommend you get everything written in the contract in detail (a mistake I made was most of the de-icer work was a verbal agreement and not explicitly spelled out in the contract.)

Description of Work: It is too early to tell if the Leaf Lock system works and/or is installed correctly, but crew seemed to have done a good job and acted professionally.

Description of Work: I purchased 50 ft of seamless gutters as a Big Deal before I closed on my house - it was the best thing I did in preparation for the repairs and upgrades to my new home. Prior to joining Angie's List I had researched this company (as well as several others) because I knew that gutters needed to be installed on the front of my house as soon as possible. I was so happy with them compared to all of the others that I saved their website, and when I saw that they had a deal through Angie's List I had to jump on it. They did a wonderful job, and I will use them again for the gutters that have to be redone on the back of my house.
