They were great to work with. They suggested a way that i could get rid of one of my downspouts. While aesthetically pleasing, it resulted in the end of the gutter (they used 5" to match the others on my home), being too low. Bruce's son came back out at no charge to add back the second downspout and raise the gutter at no cost. I'd work with them again. Great service.

They were great. They did a nice job, communicated well and told me about some other potential things that I could have done that were a good idea.

I purchased an Angie's list coupon for 50' of gutters for my house, but the estimate was too high. I went with another company for the house and asked BA to put gutters on the shed. Aside from them rescheduling more than once, gutters were installed fine.

Very nice people. They did a great job installing the gutters and they are working great. Their grade for professionalism would have been an 'A,' but after the job was done, there were cigarette butts on the ground (which I didn't like at all). I complained and they came back and picked them up.

Changed the location of the downspout to were I wanted because of the draining onto the sidewalk. Filled the holes in the holes in the siding where the other downspout was to prevent any water behind the siding. Removed all the old gutter system. They were very efficient and completed the job quickly. Very pleased with the work.

Went great! The guys were very professional and did quality work.

I didn’t get the drain system installed, so I didn’t need it. He did come to the house to take a look before I decided. I would probably do different gutters than theirs, so I wouldn’t use them in the future, but that’s the only reason why.

I think it worked out pretty good. We got twice what the deal was for. I wish that we had gotten this done a long time ago. We use to have a huge build up of ice on the front of the house and now it's hardly any ice. The color was wrong and they came back and fixed it. I did not have to pay any extra. It was seamless gutters. The only seam is where it changed direction. We are very happy with what we got. I would highly recommend them. It is a heavier gauge of material and I would highly recommend them.

They were very responsive to the inquiries and came out for an estimate relatively quick. After doing the examination and giving me the estimate, it seemed high given the $289 Angie's list special. But I didn't ask questions as I was in a hurry. That's my fault. I was particularly confused why he was counting each downspout as 18 feet when my house wasn't that high. He gave me a very scribbled piece of paper, because he gave several different scenarios as to how much work I wanted done, and then told me he would email me the final and clean estimate. Nothing ever came. Nor did they ever call. I just came home one day several weeks later, and the gutters were up. And then I noticed why he was counting 18 feet per downspout - the downspouts went out 6-8 feet from the house (I was going to buy cheaper and more flexible ground extenders after the gutters were installed). Again, my bad for not asking more questions up front and also for trusting someone when they shook my hand and said they would email me the estimate. I guess I should have also clarified that it would have been nice to get a heads up that they were coming to put the gutters on - I just assumed that courtesy. But none of these were my biggest problem, again because I blame myself for being too trusting and not doing my own due diligence. In addition to not being sent the estimate as promised, no communication except a bill in the mail after the work was done and paying for far more feet of gutters than I needed and wanted, I discovered to my horror that at least 6 nails were left on our back patio. Of course, my toddler doesn't go out there without one of us, and I discovered the nails before anything happened. But if the other problems weren't enough to make sure I never used Bruce Andrews Seamless Gutters again, the nails just sitting next to children's toys in back were. I absolutely will never use nor recommend this company again.

The people at the office and the guywho came to do the bid were very courteous and responsive, answering all our questions and explaining things well. Work was performed over two days because the crew didn't have the right equipment the first day. They worked in the rain. The new gutter looks fine on one side of the garage but the pitch of the gutter seems a bit excessive on the other side. Overall for the price I think we made a good choice.

Went well. Good contraction, good customer service. Work was done quickly and little to no mess left behind. Original date was 10/13/14 for the work but got moved to the next week (10/20/14) per the company. No call about that, had to call to find that out. Then was moved to 10/21/14 and gutters were installed that day.

This company was very quick in responding regarding an estimate and came out quickly to provide a very reasonable quote. After checking with 3 other companies, we decided to go with them because of the reasonable cost. There were a few bumps in the road, including some communication issues regarding the color of the gutters and a few scheduling issues. With that being said, they did a fantastic job!

They did an excellent job! Gutters perfectly match trimmings of the house and look great. Nice clean up of the old and work residue.

Even though it was more money than I intended to spend, once I saw the product and met with Jeremy, I was convinced it would be a good investment. The installation went well with the exception of a couple of details, which were promptly redone by Bruce. I would recommend them to anyone. They were great to work with.

I purchased the $289 Big Deal from Bruce Andrews Seamless Gutters LLC. Bruce promptly contacted me for an inspection visit. He visited me on June 26th, and said that he would need an additional $100 over the $289 Big Deal offer for the length of gutters I wanted replaced. I agreed to his proposal, and he said his crew would be out in the next few weeks to do the job, assuming the rain would let up. His crew showed up on July 17th and did the job. I was not home when the work was done. Later that day when I got home, I found all the new gutters installed. I am pleased with the quality and appearance of the new gutters and downspouts. The only thing that could have been done better was the clean-up. I had small scraps of shingles, wood shavings, and even some nails and screws scattered on my front entry and in front of my single garage door.

I'm not going to lie, this company messed up. By mistake they put up the wrong size and color of gutter, thanks to a miscommunication. But what's important is that the moment the company realized their mistake, they jumped all over it instantly offering to correct the problem. When they were finished they had done an outstanding job and the gutters look fantastic. We'd all like contracting jobs on our homes to go perfectly, and truth is, there were some issues. To me though where a company shows their true colors, when we get to see how they react to a customer service issue. This company won me over by immediately acknowledging that there was a problem, and pushing forward with determination to put it right. I had originally only intended to put gutters on the rear of the home, as we already had some low end guttering on the front. But we liked their work so much we paid extra to replace the front guttering as well. The end result is very well done, it looks good, and should protect our home for years to come.

The estimator showed up on time, the estimate was acceptable and we agreed to the job price. I was not home when they did the work, but it looks great, diverts the water as needed, and cleaned up after themselves. Fine job. I will use them again in the future.

Went well. It took him a few weeks to start, but that is because of the weather this year. Overall, it was a good experience.

Overall, the experience was good. I had cable wires running to the second level of my home that had been discreetly secured to my old gutters. These wires were not well secured to the new gutters, but it was an easy fix for me. Nevertheless, I wish Bruce Andrews Seamless Gutters would have secured the wires nicely for me. I was at work when the gutters were installed, so I was not at home to supervise. Had I been at home, I likely would have pointed the wires out the installers.
