Description of Work: They where 2 1/2 hours late for scheduled appointment. Then send out a guy that had been with them3 days and didn't have any certification to do any work. But I had to pay for a service professional price.

+ -1 moreThe Sales Rep that came out and was very though and professional. He offered different options for the furnace replacement and also water heating. He also asked if we had any rooms that were colder than others or any other issues and he made suggestions to correct the issues. I had done research on whole home dehumidifiers but other companies did not know any or much information about them. Dirks has installed a few of them and the Sales Rep has one in his home so he gave me some firsthand information on them. They came out when they said they were going too and notified us when a part needed to be ordered and they would be back the next day to finish. I did have to call and have them return the next week to fix a couple of things but everything is working good with no problems.
Description of Work: Replaced LP furnace, replaced LP water heater with tankless LP water heater and installed a whole house dehumidifier.

+ -1 moreThe vist went great they were here within 1 hour of my call. They had my furnace fixed and running within a half hour. They explained what was wrong with it, how they were going to fix it, and then showed me the part they replaced.
Description of Work: the igniter on my furnace had to be replaced and furnace was cleaned

Description of Work: We did our annual checkup/clean on our boiler and furnace. Service tech Evan arrived on time and spent the necessary time to complete the job. Highly recommend Dirks Heating and Cooling.
