Robbie was incredibly responsive and answered all my concerns and questions. He came by right away in the morning today to replace my frozen over downspount and remove the ice dam and snow off the side of my roof. There are more issues to resolve but he has been on top if trying to develop some solutions that would be affordable once the remaining ice melts.

I had water pouring over the top of my older smaller gutters. These were replaced with bigger gutters with larger and one extra downspout to handle all the water.Problem solved, wonderful courteous workers took care of all my concerns and questions.
