One corner of the new gutter was initially leaking. A second crew inspected the gutter and promptly repaired it.

Showed up on time to look at our project and said that he would mail or email me an estimate the next day. 3 days later and still nothing. Hired someone else that gave me an estimate on the spot. Very poor way to do business.

I thought I had expressed in my original inquiry that I wanted the larger gutters. I was sent a quote which I accepted and had gutters put in. Then looking at them The larger oversized downspouts look funny placed on the smaller gutter. I had asked the day of install how much more for the K% and it was way expensive. Make sure you know exactly what you want.
