They always get work done and tests back in a timely fashion and work with the buyers and myself to understand any issues with the well, septic or tests so we can get them resolved.

We called Bethke Judd Pumps and Plumbing to repair a leak we had in the well. They was concerned about our new landscaping we just had done. They was very cautious in the area and cleaned up nicely when they was completed. They did the work in a timely manner. Pricing was fair with others in the area.

My husband was the one who met and deal with them. When I called them for the invoice, they are very prompt. Although they can be pricey but they give excellent and prompt service. So it evens out. Very professional.

The technicians are great problem solvers, answer questions, and explain things well. They show up as scheduled, and very quickly for emergencies. They cleaned-up afterward, there was nothing for us to do when they left.

For the first time, we are living with well water, and we don't know much about it. One Friday morning, all the water to our house suddenly stopped. I was in a panic and didn't even know who to call. A plumber recommended Bethke. Donna, who answered the phone, put me right at ease and said they could have someone out there within half an hour. I had another place I had to be, but they repair technicians were able to come in, diagnose the problem, track down the property owners to clear the repair, and fix us up. There was a lot of snow on the ground and the outside pump was buried. They had to bring in a bobcat to dig out the pump and get their truck down there. We had two guys working three hours, and they got us all set up. They were very professional and fast. The situation couldn't have gone better.
