Day before install they reached out to confirm and day of install crew called and was right on time. Install crew was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had at the time. When the install was finished they were very informative with dry times and maintenance, not to mention how clean they left the work area. The price quote was in line with four other quotes that we had received but we saved a considerable amount by using Teppo's wholesale connections - a savings that we applied towards nicer outfitting of the kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops.
