Great. -- highly recommend

After looking for a qualified plumber to do the project my wife and I almost gave up. Then we went to Angie's List and found Brad Ballweg of Plumbing Concepts in Baraboo. He was a life saver! He came out promptly to our town, 16 miles away, and did not blink at the "laundry" list of things we wanted done. His bid was right in line with what we had roughly planned. He did an absolutely excellent job! Brad is willing to work on detailed projects. He has much experience in putting in gas water heaters which is quite a project in itself. And he is very easy going as a contractor. We are very happy with his work and will be using him again for more projects down the road.

Running great, once Brad figured out the new part was faulty. Shame on AO Smith, btw.

I discovered a leak under my bathroom sink and called Brad at Plumbing Concepts because I was very pleased with previous plumbing work he had done for me. Brad answered his phone on the 4th ring and we were immediately able to set up an agreeable day and time. Brad showed up on time, had the necessary replacement parts with him, fixed the leak in a timely manner and charged a fair price. Brad is very polite and conscientious and I would surely call him again.

I have lived in Baraboo for twenty-two years and had several plumbers in that time. Brad is the best. I did not know who to call after being essentially blown off by a plumber who had done some work for me in the past. I called Brad after finding him here, and he called me back within an hour. He met me at my home later that day and he fixed my leaking toilet immediately. I also made arrangements to have an old sink removed and a new vanity and sink installed in my bathroom. Later that week, I purchased the vanity and made arrangements for Brad to come back within a matter of a few days. On the day agree, Brad was right on time, finished the installation quickly, and did a perfect job. He actually had a great deal on a faucet, so I purchased my faucet from him rather than a lesser quality item from the local builders supply store. All in all, I couldn't be happier. The service was prompt, the jobs were completed quickly and expertly, and the price quoted up front was the cost and was reasonable. When I need plumbing work, I will be calling Brad.

The job went well and they were able to do it on short notice, and it still works which is a good thing.

On a Saturday morning, I didn't have any hot water and discovered water on my utility room floor. I assumed that the water heater had failed. I called 4 plumbers who refused to come out on a Saturday. When I called Brad, he agreed to come out that afternoon. He tested my water heater and found that the thermostats needed to be replaced but because the water heater was dry, he suggested that my septic system had backed up. He went into my yard and dug around in the snow until he found the septic tank cover. When he opened it, we found that my septic tank was full and it had backed up onto the basement floor. I had the tank pumped out on Monday morning and he returned on Monday afternoon to finish the job. No only did I appreciate Brad coming out on a Saturday and his honesty about replacing just the thermostats and not needing a new water heater, but his willingness to dig out the septic tank cover for me to find the real reason for having water on the floor.
