We were shopping for tile to fit our rear entryway and?made a visit to the store and saw the tile we wanted on display. ?We talked to the store owner and he agreed to stop by the following week to review the work and prepare a proposal. ?A week passed and no one?contacted us. ?After several?weeks of leaving messages,?I finally did make contact?and he promised to stop by the following day which he did. ?After that visit, he said he would do the work the following week. ?Another week passed and no contact. ?When I?finally made contact with?him, he said his installer was sick and that they would be out the next Tuesday. ?Tuesday came and the installer arrived and installed the tile. ?He did a relatively good job with one small exception that we didn't notice until after he had left. ?One of the expansion joints was installed at an angle and was obvious to the eye. ?I again attempted to contact the store owner and left a voice mail which never was?returned. ? Obviously I don't recommend this company because their customer service is poor,?they don't return phone calls or answer letters or?emails. ?You have to keep trying. ?We were satisfied with the product itself and the installer did a good job?(other than the exception noted above), but the poor service and support isn't worth it.? I've still have not had any contact and we eventually had another installed finish the work. ??Instead of service and support,?we got the bill for the work. ?I wrote a letter stating that I would pay the bill?when the work was completed. ?Still we have not had any?contact bit we did?receive a second bill. ?My wife then called them and told them we would pay but we are not happy customers and will share our dissatisfaction with others.???
