Gary returned my call right away and was able to schedule my inspection within a few days. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection both outside and inside the house, and answered all of my questions as we walked through the house. He gave suggestions to help me maintain my house after purchase. He filled out paperwork on the spot and gave me a copy to give to my realtor and a booklet to keep for myself. I was completely pleased by his attention to detail and his friendly personality. I would defintely recommend Gary Nelson to anyone looking at purchasing a home.

I think it went very well! Due to my work schedule, he arrived at the home earlier (3pm), and then I met with him at the house afterwards(5:30pm). He had just finished just before I arrived. He went through the whole house with me, explaining not only things he disliked, but also things he like. He was very personable and pleasant.
Description of Work: Gary came to do the inspection on the home I was going to be purchasing.
