We were going away on vacation and I paid him in full before we left. He was supposed to finish. When we got back, the roof wasn't completed. I called him and he said, 'Just go ahead and hire another company and I will pay them.' I said that's not acceptable and we went back and forth for a long time. I did hire another company to finish and I did pay them. I took Simon Roofing to small claims court but he never showed up. The judge did award us the amount we were asking for. I haven't gotten any money back and I don't expect to see any.
Description of Work: They partially replaced the roof on our home. I had to hire another company to finish what they started. At the time, the company was known as Simon Roofing.

Roof Systems will cut corners at every opportunity, we had a contract but they only completed half of the work because they thought they could get away without doing all of it. I had it inspected and found out everything that they skipped. DO NOT HIRE ROOF SYSTEMS FOR ANYTHING!
