 + -1 moreThe bathroom is beautiful and functional. They used subcontractors for the window, plumbing and tiling however, the subcontractors were also family-run businesses with which Franzen had worked exclusively for decades. They had an excellent relationship with these contractors and it definitely showed. The project was well coordinated. I knew exactly which contractor was coming when (and they all came exactly as it was laid out) and what part of the project would be done on each day. All of the workers were respectful, prompt and clean.
Description of Work: This is a family-owned company. They installed handicapped bars in our bathroom bathtub, changed a double-hung window in the shower to glass block, put in a scald-free faucet and new pipe and relocated our laundry shoot. The project included tearing out the original walls, reinforcing the studs, changing the the pipe and shower controls, replacing the walls, new tile and installing grab bars and soap dishes.

handyman service, cabinet refacing
 + 0 morePerry is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and is a good craftsman. He was great! It's hard to find honest people, and that's what Angie's List is for!
Description of Work: Installed threshold in doors ways, fixed dresser drawers, repaired kitchen cabinets that were falling apart, and checked attack vent to make sure it vented to the outside, including going onto the roof to check the vent from there.
