We contacted numerous general contractors in the area. Troy was the only one that did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and how he said he would do it. He returned requests for contact promptly, showed up on time for both the estimate and to complete the work, and the estimate was provided professionally and with adequate detail, which had been an issue with estimates received from other contractors. These things alone won the work for him hand's down. His was not the cheapest estimate we received, but his rate was definitely reasonable, and his professionalism and follow-through are unmatched. Although several of the projects we discussed are not being completed simply because they are not in our budget this year, Troy provided the best suggestions and information regarding each project out of the several contractors that provided estimates. In discussing the projects with him, we felt confident that he would not take shortcuts. Due to winter, the work is to be completed in two parts, with the first part having been completed already. He showed up on time, on a bitterly cold day and got right to work outside, without stopping or complaining. He was respectful of our home and laid protection down on the flooring as the work required him to make frequent trips in and out of the house. He didn't mind me standing over him occasionally to see what he was doing to try and understand a bit more about the house and the work being done. He was always glad to answer any questions we had. We have quite a bit of work to be completed over the next few years, and provided everything continues as it has thus far, he'll be our go-to guy. We recommend him highly.

He is always so reasonable, so I don't worry about the cost, I just ask him to bill. He has done stone on our house before, he can paint, he can do decking, he is very creative.

They're awesome. He's had an ongoing work with us. He did excellent work.

Troy was very good to work with. He was helpful in explaining things he thought I could do myself if I wanted. He handled the job very thoroughly. I will definitely be calling him the next time I need help.

It didn't take him very long, he probably worked for six or seven days on the project. He was great, and that's why I brought him up. He wasn't on Angie's List, his price was awesome, and he was very professional. His work was really good, and he was quick. I have already recommended him to a couple of my friends.
