There claim so far has been true. Leaves don't end up in the gutter. The gutters have been working well. One of the down spouts we asked to change the direction of the spout and they did it with no extra charge. They have good products but high prices.

They answered my call promptly. Rich arrived on time to look at the job and provide an estimate. He wasn't hard sell. I had researched the various leafless gutters online and knew about most of the pros and cons. Leaf Guard is definitely one of, if not, the best, but also among the highest priced. However, for our purposes (lots of leaves, sticks and debris in the gutters throughout the year), it was the best option. So, the conversation was mostly about the set up, warranty, etc. They were running a sale and added that discount to the estimate. When we didn't accept the bid for about three weeks we got a call back and they dropped the price several hundred more, so we accepted. The only thing that went awry was with the scheduling. We really needed to have the work done a certain week, about a month later. We were told when we signed accepted the bid that all we had to do was call a few days ahead of time and we could be slotted in. I should have known better. When we called in, they said their schedule was booked for 2-3 weeks ahead now. So, we didn't get the week we wanted. I gave them a B for responsiveness on that basis. On the plus side, the crew was very professional, the quality is great, and they even did some nice extras with the downspouts. We asked for a special diverter for a rain barrel, which they provided at no extra cost. And after the work was done and we realized that the spout for the rain barrel was several inches lower than we asked for they came out and shortened it up without any problems.

I left a message and Lynn returned my call the next day. She said someone could come out in a couple weeks, but Rob showed up 2 days later! I showed him the damaged gutters and he said they could directly bill the tenants who damaged them. He also said that one of them would be covered under their warrenty. I have had this gutter system for roughly 8 years and am very impressed. They haven't clogged and still look great. Other times I've called them out (for the same reason), they arrive w/in a week. I'm so glad I have these worry-free gutters!

Got estimate for work in early June. Expected work to be done in 2-3 weeks but took an entire month to get someone out to install the new gutters. I'm not sure what happened when they removed my old downspouts, but now I have a strip down each side of my house with no stucco. You would have thought the installers might have at least mentioned this to me, but I was left to discover this myself. Now I have to spend another $500 to get my stucco repaired. Also, a corner of my roof was somehow damaged away from where the installers were working. I mentioned this to the installer, but he would not claim any repsonsibility for it, and would not do anything to fix it because it was where the electrical was coming into my house. The installer told me that Xcel should fix that for me (which they don't). So I have an additional $1200 repair on that. I though the gutters were on the expensive side to begin with, but after all the additional repairs that I need after they did there work, it is getting ridiculous. If I had to consider the cost of getting someone to clean my gutters for me twice a year compared to the cost of the new gutters, I would go with hiring someone to clean them. Too late for me.

Everything went smoothly with this company from calling to set up an appt. to get an estimate to the actual completion of the job. We had new gutters that leaked, so we were very desperate to get new gutters. Midwest Leafguard did their best to get us scheduled very early in the spring.

We have six large mature burr oak trees around our house, which drop a lot of material into our rain gutters. The old conventional gutters were in good condition, but required cleaning 2 to 3 times per summer to keep them flowing. I had tried various types of gutter covers and some inserts I bought at the State Fair. These worked to some degree but I was still up on the ladder every fall. At my age, I decided to not to do that anymore. After talking with vendors of various kinds of gutter treatments (fibrous inserts, covers) and talking to some neighbors, I decided the LeafGuard system would do the best for our case (which is severe). The result looks very nice. We will see how well they work throughout this spring-summer-fall. We are hopeful. Lindus Construction was professional and responsive, and coordinated well with the roofer, who had to complete his job before Lindus could start. They managed to get all done before winter 2008-2009, in spite of some delays with insurance for our roof job.

Their service was excellent. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to make sure that all the gutters matched the house and did a nice job with that. The installation crew was very nice, considerate and friendly.

Overall it went quite well. The timing was dependent upon tearoff and replacement of shingle roof.

This work was done very well. They were careful of the property when they worked. They were professional in their work and I am very happy with the results.

After receiving the bid and submitting a 1/3 down payment, we waited almost a month to get an install date. The installers showed up on time on the day scheduled, but then proceeded to do a very poor job. Even the installers admitted that the final result was sub-par. A call was placed to the salesperson (Jeff Anderson) who didn't respond for over two weeks. When an invoice for the work was received, a call was placed to the company office explaining that we wouldn't pay until the work was completed properly. After waiting another week, Jeff finally returned our call. Installers were scheduled to come out and add a downspout and rehang the gutters, but unfortunately they never arrived. Another call to company office, another scramble to send someone out, and finally the job was completed two days later. The final workmanship is still sub-par, but at this point we will just pay them to be done with it. We had planned on having them back to do the rest of the house after completing a remodel, but now we will clearly look somewhere else. To add insult to injury, we receive our final invoice a couple of days later stating that the balance is now 30 days overdue. Poor communication, poor service, poor workmanship. If you are looking for quality gutters from a quality operation, look somewhere else!

It was excellent. Brett came out and spent a long time giving me suggestions on options for the gutter and placement of the down spouts. The service was good. They came out and did all the service to a T without having me to direct them. He must have taken excellent notes because he knew exactly what we wanted. He was very careful in matching the gutters to the house. He seemed very detail oriented. No pressure with the sales he was very service oriented.

While installing the gutters they damaged the eve. This has caused leaking between the eve and the gutter.

They came out and were very prompt and on time. The quality of their work was very good. The gutters work well and we have had no problems with them since they came and did the work.

We had our gutters installed by Midwest Leafguard in 2006. The gutters came with a transferable life-time warranty. In a heavy rain, we noticed a couple of spots where the water was going around the gutter and dripping into the ground. We called Midwest Leafguard to tell them about the problem. They came shortly after our call and quickly resolved the issue. The guys were very professional and pleasant to work with.

They gave exceptional service. They were timely and cleaned up very well. We've not had a problem, they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We called our sales representative to give him the date for the roofing to be installed. He scheduled his crew to be there two days later. The material was delivered to our property the day before the install. The supervisor came with the team in the morning and stayed to make sure they knew what we needed before he left He returned in the middle of the day to see how the work was progressing and check in with us. The work was done in one day.

The estimator was very friendly and informative. He came when expected and gave me the estimates. I didn't have the work done for a few weeks and it ended up being right around Christmas. This wasn't ideal because I was out of town for a week and the work was not finished before I left. Not having ever had this work done before I don't know if it was slow or just right, but home improvement work always seems to take a long time. There were two workers there for the most part doing the soffits & fascia but another crew installed the gutters and downspounts. They cleaned up well, but when the snow melted I did find a few bits and pieces of the window wrap material. Everything looks great and I'm glad I had it done. There were icicles on the gutters but they were small and didn't amount to much. Whenever it rains I'm so glad I have these new gutters!

They were professional on the phone from the first call. They came out for an estimate within the week and gave me an estimate on the spot. The representative had samples of the gutters and was very professional and helpful in explaining what work they would perform. They performed the service when they said they would and the work site was clean when I came home and the gutters look great.

First, the reason I spent $0 is that my mom won free gutters from the MN Twins. Leafguard agreed to let her transfer the prize to me, as she has nice gutters and I didn't. The salesman came out and treated me, as far as I know, like any other customer. He gave me the whole pitch, as though I would turn down free gutters! He did explain the fine print which was that the prize was actually $3000 worth of gutters. After looking at the pathetic excuse for gutters that I had and measuring the house, he came up with a "bid" which was $2986 dollars worth, so I really didn't have to pay anything! They came out 2 1/2 weeks earlier than originally planned and did the whole job in a matter of hours. The gutters look great! The colors we picked match perfectly. I am looking forward to watching them in action the next time it rains.

There prices were very competitive.

Everything went like clockwork. Salesman Jeff Anderson took time to answer questions. Minor hang up when I faxed in signed acceptance - got call week later saying they were waiting for form. I called to ask, and the form had indeed turned up in their office. Work performed as scheduled and installers took time to make adjustments at my request. Obviously more expensive system, but looks good so far with the torrential rains in September 2007.

In the front of the house, the water is going over the gutters and down the siding. I have possible water intrusion in my house due to the water coming through the soffits in the back of the house. They have been to my house twice to try to fix the problem. I have brought in other gutter companies that have told me that the gutters need to be taken off and raised an inch closer to my roof. On days that they should have shown, they did not.

Our technician, Mike, called ahead and was right on time. In a short time he found the problem and had the microwave working again. He showed me step by step what he was doing and how it was repaired. He also tested it several times before leaving to make sure that the problem was corrected.

HAD THEM A FEW YEARS AGO. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT FANTASTIC. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!! EVERYONE THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH HAS BEEN REALLY NICE.

Great! Andrew, the sales rep, was very polite and knowledgable (not pushy). Job had to be postponed a couple times due to weather. Overall we are very pleased with the service.
