They installed gutters and downspouts on the entire house, 3 of the downspouts contained diverters for Rain Barrels. | |It worked well, biut had them back to add provissions to contain High volume runoff in one area. they dii so at no additional charge. I am very happy and satisified customer. I have been so please that I am currently waiting for a bid on attic insultaion from Lindus Construction.

When we called they answered and came out for an estimate quickly. They came when they said they were going to come. There were two fellows working on the job and they completed the service in the time frame promised. They did a professional job. The technicians were very nice to work with and were dressed professionally. Our insurance company had to look at it and they said it was high quality job.

I went with them the second time because they did a nice job and wanted to continue with the same type of gutter. I was pleased with their work.

The service turned out very well. They did a really good job. They showed up on time. They had a fair estimate and we discussed everything with the estimator. They finished on time and left everything clean and tidy.

Really well. To begin with, I knew I wanted "LeafGaurd" gutters Regional provider was Lindus Initial contact provided via neighbors referral, that contact was non-responsive Contacted company generically through their phone number provided on websites Sales rep that I then worked with was not impressive - had I not already been settled on the gutters I wanted this would have turned me off Now to what really matters - the installation Had some weather related delays, no issue with this, just a fact of the conditions of the time of year they were being installed - snowstorm left the materials ready to be installed but conditions negated an actual install for about a week (less but close) - again no issue just a fact Install went hitchlessly, with crew responding to requests and directions on exactly how and where I wanted downspouts with promise to return to fit up the downspouts to drain tile As to price rating of "fair" I intend that to be read as the price was a fair price for the quality of work provided, it was not "cheap" but I got the value of the dollar Short - very happy with product, very happy with workmanship, I would do it again in a heartbeat Update 12/27/13 Promise to return, and they did. Not only did but on 12-13-13, which was cold, at or below zero, did a nice job again.

It went well. An estimator came out prior to the work and took measurements and color choices. Materials were dropped off two days prior to the assigned date. Work was completed within 3-4 hours. Everything drains properly and looks attractive. It has helped keep water out of the basement. I don't have to climb up on a ladder to clean the gutters out as they are covered. The workers reviewed what was going to be done prior to starting the work, were polite and cleaned up after themselves.

We had Lindus install "Leaf Guard" gutters to deal with the fact we have many many large trees and leaves had been a real problem in the gutters each year. The work was done in 2005 and came with a "lifetime" guarantee. The review is being written now, beacuse we put that gurantee to the test this year. After 8 years of flawless service (and no need to clean out the gutters in the fall) I noticed a "waterfall' coming off our roof during some torrential rains this past summer. Since the gutters were guaranteed not to clog I called with admittedly limited expectations. Not only did the lady who answered the phone assure me immediately that the problem was covered, but a technician arrived at my home just a few hours later to clean out the clog in the gutter that had caused the problem - at no cost to me. The gutters have worked flawlessly since. Lindus and "Leaf Guard" get an A+ in my book for living up to their promises

I rated this company a D for responsiveness partially because Lucas Trickle, the sales rep came out on July 30, 2013 and then we didn't hear from them for almost a month, then I called. Lucas told me that they had a busy time around the state fair and I didn't want my paperwork getting lost after more orders came in. After I called then I received a phone call from Jim, he stated that the crew could be out on September 5, 2013 and asked if 8:00AM would work, I told him no, that I had to get my daughter to school. I asked if there was another time that day and he told me 11AM - 1:30PM. I said that that would work. I had trouble reading the diagrams on the paperwork so I asked Lucas to come out again and go over it with me. There eneded up being a miscommunication also about where a gutter waa to be placed on the backside of the house. On September 3rd, two days before the install date a truck came out and dropped off the gutters and a cardboard box on my front lawn and left them there. I did not know that they would be dropping these items off as I would have liked them in a different location.I called Lucas again and stated that they just left the gutters, he told me then that they come out one to two days in advance. It would have been nice had they told me, I moved the gutters around to the side of the house. Install day, September 5, the doorbell rang at 7:15AM! The Leafguard crew was here to install my gutters even though the appt. was for 11AM to 1:30PM. The install order even states "PM". I had to answer the door in my bathrobe and I told them that they were supposed to be here in the afternoon, he said that he was sorry but asked if they could start. I was irritated but as long as they were here then why not, but I did tell them that I would need to leave to bring my daughter to school. The installers did a good job and were very pleasant so I would probably use them again if I needed another gutter. However, I am apprehensive about calling back because of the lack of communication.

We weren't using anything like Angie's List at that point and at that point I think they just probably came in and they just did the work that they have done. We had no problems with them. We didn't have any issues at all, I think if we used them more than once even, it has been maybe over several years period of time so I'm not sure exactly what all they have done.

They had great customer service. It is a family run company. They were extremely professional when they were at the house. They showed up on time and got the job done in a timely fashion. The estimate was honored exactly.

The leaf guard gutter is very good so far. They were very prompt and very courteous. They got it up and it looks like they cleaned it up better than what we had before. So, the product looks good right now. We paid around $3,800 for the leaf guard gutter because it was on a special and our house is about 2,000 square feet. They were very responsive as far as coming out when they said they would. They did what they said they were going to do. They came in and they left. It was very quick. There was not very much effort on our part and it got done.

I liked them very well. They did a good job. They were prompt. Ive heard about them before and I wanted to give them a try.

It was okay, and overall I was happy with the work! It was done on time and within the original quote they gave me.

The quality of the wok was excellent and the results look great.

Their sales person was prompt and very thorough. He was not overly agressive with continued to ask for the sale or how he could modify the deal to get the sale. In the end discounts were given to meet our needs and budget. The installation date was set and the gutters were installed as expected. The workmanship was excellent, clean, efficient and top quality. Ultimately the product was definitely not the cheapest but the best. I would recommend this company and we will use them again given the opportunity.

We first called to get an estimate and they did great scheduling around a time we would be home. The rep was very professional and answered all our question. To verify the color that we wanted they even sent samples for us to review when the lighting was better. The install team did very well and cleaned up after themselves. At the time of install they didn't have the kickers that would hinge the downspouts out of the way for mowing but were upfront with us to let us know as soon as they were in they would install. That took maybe a week so no problem there. Great service and responsiveness. Would definitely recommend.

The person who gave the estimate was very thorough. He was good at communicating information to me. The employees were on time and efficient.

They had some difficulty trying to match the colors to the white that I had but they came back, and came back again until they got it right; they did a great job. They positioned things right for me and they got the down spouts positioned correctly as well.

From the bid to install, I was impressed with their service and workmanship. They did the job when they stated and finished on time and I couldn't tell that they even had been their when I got home that day. I did notice the beautiful seamless gutters installed that do blend in well with my house. These are the only type of gutters I ever wanted, granted they are on the high end price wise but I am confident that these will outlast and out perform all others.

It went well. We chose this brand because of the tremendous amount of pine needles that land on our roof. This product has prevented clogged gutters. The roof line has some odd angles to it, and the installer returned at no charge to correct the situation.

Excellent. Saleman provided good estimates. Work done as requested. Small adjustment made without hestitation to one downspout before crew left our home.

Exactly and efficiently as advertised. You pay more for the system and I feel the value is there. The gauge of aluminum is very good. The install went exactly as planned. I was not home, however the installer called me twice for clarification. I am very satisfied with the product and the installation job they did. Also the clean up was excellent.

Very professional. The gentlemen who came and did the instillation were on time. The only complaint was that there were a lot of small pieces of metal left on the ground. Otherwise they cleaned up neatly and everything was done to satisfaction. One of the down spouts was angled a little so that it interfered with a sprinkler head. We contacted them and they came and fixed the problem in just a few days. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Company showed up on all promised dates from estimate to installation, completed without difficulty, and billed us for the work. Great job, couldn't be more satisfied.
