Workmanship is great. Completed timely and cleanup was great.

All went well despite a couple of weather setbacks (a snowstorm of several inches; two days of continuous rain). Efficient crew. Polite communications. They were helpful. Area was cleaned up well after the job was done. Company's inspector was conscientious in looking over the job; he added one small fix, and that was done.

They were timely and did great work. They also cleaned up afterwards and used alot of tarps to protect our floors. 1 week after completed they had a supervisor come out and check all the work. They had us walk with them so if we had an questions we cold ask. Also told us to call them if we noticed any issues.,

We had an excellent experience with Lindus from the sales process through the installation. The season guard product is high quality and looks great and our crew did a fantastic job with the install. Would highly recommend.

The work was excellent but the communication was a "c" at best. The person handling scheduling told us twice that the work would be started on a particular day. When the workers didn't show up, I called and found out it had been changed but they hadn't bothered to tell me. The workers did not always let me know whether they would show up on a particular day either. If the work hadn't been so good, I would not hire them again.

Excellent. Lindus was super easy to work with and made the entire process a breeze. They completed the work quickly and to the highest standard.

Lindus installed LeafGuard gutters in less than a day. After our inquiry Lindus staff came out, took measurements, and explained the project to us. Lindus kept us informed with text messages about when the materials would be delivered and when the work would be completed. Very impressed with their work!

Installation was very quick and efficient. I will have to wait until spring to see if it takes care of the ice build up and leak problems. I have had Lindus do several projects for me and would highly recommend them.

The estimate was $500 higher than the next closest bid but I went with Lindus as they had excellent ratings here. I waited 2 months for the new skylight. The crew arrived, pulled out the old one and pulled off the roofing materials around it. Then they went outside... When I looked, it was obvious the new skylight did not fit. I was advised by a Lindus employee later that they should have measured the new skylight before removing the old one. After considering the options, we agreed they would install the new smaller skylight and reconstruct the interior opening to fit. After talking to you today, I was told that Velux does not make custom-sized skylights yet an estimate from another firm included one and the Velux website says they make them. The original estimate was bad because it either ordered the wrong sized skylight or it ordered a standard size and didn't include any of the additional work to fix the interior of my house with a smaller skylight. Both estimate and the initial installation were major screw ups. Since the installation (last summer) there has been a cascade of issues resulting in having workers here for an additional 60+ hours. Workers have shown up without notice. Today, Lindus suggested insulation was warranty work (when it's fixing an issue created by the first two screw ups) and that the skylight has condensation issues because a) the new skylight has a better seal and is better insulated than the old one (HUH??!! A better sealed and insulated window should have less condensation) and b) I keep my home too humid - at the highest it was at 30% when it was 18 degrees outside. The Minnesota Department of Public Service recommends @ 20 degrees outside, 35% humidity inside. My home was kept at 20% humidity for much of the winter to prevent constant dripping from the new skylight. I have been a patient customer through all of this. At this point I am fed up with the attitude from Lindus. This was a major screw up on your part and you should have the decency to fix the problems you created without the attitude that you're doing me a favor or worse, that I'm causing them.

Excellent. There were numerous delays on my end and Lindus worked with every step of the way making many changes in scheduling. When I was finally ready, they got me on the schedule quickly and the job was done right.

Lindus replaced the roof all in one day and gutters were installed a couple days later as scheduled. Brandon and all other people I worked with including work crews were very helpful and efficient. I was glad to get things done so quickly.

We received the state fair special pricing so install was pushed out a few weeks, but they kept us informed on dates, showed up on time and did a great job and cleaned up all the trimmings. We also had them add some baffling on the valleys after the install and that was done the next week. Great service.

Did a great job. Unfortunately the price for this product is very high compared with other options however I am comforted by the fact that this product will stand the test of time . Lindus is a quality company and their history and solvency assures me they will be around if I have problems. I had placed gutters previously (10 years ago) and they leaked and collected debris. I had reached a point where I did not feel safe climbing on a ladder twenty feet up and this was the best option for me.

I have used Lindus Construction on two different properties to replace worn-out gutters. They are the most expensive option, so it hurts a little to pay the price. However, Leaf Guard gutters are without doubt the best available, and their techs and office staff are the best I've ever worked with. You have to save up to have Leaf Guard gutters installed, but both the product and the installation are absolutely worth it.

Great! I love the job they did installing the gutters and quality of the product. They have also been very helpful in repairing damage to the gutters by my dog. She is a terrier that damaged the gutters trying to get at a chipmunk.

Everything went fine the roof was almost done in one day. Gutter were done s few days later. Very satisfied.

The Lindus team was responsive and preformed all services with excellence. We are very happy with the results. There was some rot found and we needed extra OSB and a window replaced. We were happy with the results.
