Beginning with the salesman/representative - Very professional listened what I needed and then presented their solution. The scheduling took too long for such a simple job: Because of a storm on the date the job was scheduled, I received an email informing me that will be delay one day. However, the following day they didn't show up and I was not contacted to inform me about the extra delay. Following day they came and completed the job without any problems. They were efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I'm satisfied and if needed I would hire them again.

Excellent. Quote received within a day; follow up very professional; showed us all options available; gave suggestions on changes and always told us what they could do and no what they could not. Roofing crew and supervisor were courteous, professional and did an excellent job. Roof was done in one day and leaf guard installers were here the next and replaces existing system and again very professional and answered all our questions. Supervisor came day later to see how it went with roof and gutters; took pictures for inspectors and roofing tile company. Would highly recommend Lindus.

Great. The quality of the work was excellent. The contracting staff was punctual, personable, and professional. Clean up was nearly perfect. I only found one sheet metal screw. They even gave me additional down spouts to better manager Winter drainage as my underground pipes tends to freeze solid in the Spring. I highly recommend Lindus Construction and would use them again.

The job went real well. Chris B. was great to work with and the cleanup was spot on. Lindus kept me informed when the gutters were delivered, when the install would occur, etc. Terrific professionalism and quality.

They were very prepared and the project was done a lot faster than I expected. Every employee I dealt with was courteous and professional. Very nice people and very high quality work and materials! It wasn't cheap, but I would use them again because that window is going to last forever.

Lindus Construction is the best. They installed new roofing and Leafguard gutters to repair damage to our house caused by a hailstorm. The totally new roof was installed in just one day. Replacement Leafguard gutters were installed over several hours on a second day. Materials and workmanship were excellent while Lindus’ workers, supervisors and sales representative were all friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all of our questions. What really makes Lindus a standout company is how they responded to and fixed a roof rainwater leak that developed after their work on our roof – and the leak turned out to have been caused by another company who had been repairing our chimney at about the same time. Lindus’ employees immediately came to our house to inspect the area where water entered and, because it was wintertime, made plans to fix the problem as soon as it was practicable. It took several attempts to fix the problem permanently but throughout the process Lindus’ employees never doubted us and cheerfully responded promptly. After they tracked the source of the leak to chimney flashing that was incorrectly installed, Lindus’ employees didn’t hesitate to fix the leak anyway and at no charge to us. To make sure we were satisfied and knew that the rainwater leak had been fixed, they invested many hours in finding and fixing a problem that was not their responsibility. That is a company I will trust, employ in the future and recommend to anyone.

Lindus came when they were scheduled and had the work done in a day. They cleaned up after the job so well that you would never know they had been here!

Fast completion, polite and professional. They were very careful when my pug wouldn’t get out of the yard too! My only comment is a few screws found in driveway. I wish they used a metal detector to pick up. I absolutely love my gutters.

From the first contact to final inspection, quality and professionalism were the most noticeable attributes. The rain gutter installation went very well. The installer was very professional - fitting the gutters nicely on every corner to make the gutters functional and attractive. The cost was a little higher than other options but you would expect to pay a little more for a high quality product and installation. No doubt here about the quality and the fact that it was worth the price.

OK once they got out and did the job. They overbooked their services and my job did get completed until 6 months after down payment. Resource management could improve. Extreamily satisfied with the job since project completion.

it went very well. There were no calls to me during the work asking any questions or telling me that they ran into problems and it could cost me more money for extra work. From what I can tell since I did not inspect the roof (stay off the roof at all costs), I can only say that it looks good from the street level. The gutters also look good from the street level. The fasia and soffit look good from the street level. I can say at this time that everything is a go and no problems to come back to fix.

Showed up a day early. Not a problem there. Finished the job in about a days work. Very happy.

From the estimate all the way through to the finish, the experience was very professional and positive. Every individual from the delivery of products to the roofing crew and gutter technicians always had our best interests and safety in mind. They were courteous, polite and genuinely concerned about providing us with the best possible products and service.

The whole process went smoothly from sales, to selection of design from among many options, to scheduling, to the final building of the decks. We had many questions, which were handled patiently and professionally. The price was higher than we had originally anticipated, but we are very pleased with the final results. We would definitely recommend Lindus to others.

Took less time for the lead time for the install The installers were very good. They explained the install. Repaired damaged by homeowner down spouts sent me hold up brackets at n/c. Very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend.

It went extremely well w/impressive crews performing sometimes under difficult conditions.

They do excellent work very happy with the end results the workers were very professional and work was done by time promised I would very Highly recommend their company I went to their 40th year celebration and every one their was happy with there work and the most important thing to me is there warranty and I know from people I know they stand behind their warranty. You can’t say that about too many company’s .

People who did the work were very professional, courteous, and on-time. They were a pleasure to work with. I replaced the Gutter Helmet I had had for about 4 years and was a disappointing product. Lindus has the license for Leaf Guard in the region, and although it was pricy, I wasn't going to find it for less. In addition, the cost was still less than the medical bills would be if I fell off the roof. There are lots of ash and maple trees in my neighborhood that drop seeds, and I won't be surprised if they make it into the Leaf Guard gutters, but Lindus will clean the Leaf Guard gutters out at no additional cost.

Beyond my expectations and I have high expectations. From the first phone all to their office, to the person who came to the house and did the inspection and wrote up the estimate, to the people who came and did the work. it was all outstanding. These are hard working honest people who are customer oriented. They were neat and clean and put my needs first. They came in the fall and, because of the weather, could not perform the work until spring. They completely covered my chimney to keep me dry throughout the winter.

Overall, the work is excellent and looks great. Professionally prepared and executed. I had to follow up on a few items that needed attention as the work was phased over several weeks due to underground trenching and frozen ground, but the foreman was very responsive and quickly addressed my requests. The only comment for improvement I have is that we went under contract in late October but the work could not be fully completed until late April, due apparently to a combination of over-scheduling and winter weather. No loss of quality in the end, but Lindus could have more proactively kept me informed of the reality of their scheduling – I had to chase after it.
