Description of Work: Hardworking polite non English speaking crew. The supervisor seemed fluent in Spanish but left from the site on occasion, commenting to the effect that he tried not to make the crew feel they needed to be closely watched or something to that effect. I noted the bathroom fan no longer drew air in the days following and discovered the 4 in vent blocked with roofing debris which I cleaned out (I needed to clear a 15 foot path through the loose fill fiberglass insulation in the attic crawlspace to access and clean out the roof jack /duct) resulting in restoration of normal function. A GAF inspector later found they had failed to replace 30+ year old flashing at a junction of the garage roof / house siding. We discovered this when the job supervisor appeared without calling ahead in August 2015. There were several more unannounced visits to replace the flashing and Hardiplank siding which had to be replaced due to some cracking when removed for the flashing. The roof and siding now look perfect to me. The siding paint matches perfectly and I cannot see any sign of repair.

Description of Work: He gave us an estimate for 5 doors ( red oak ) with trim, plus 2 bifold doors ( red oak ) with trim. Stain,new hardware. Replace and hall away. I have used Lindus many other times. I had similar work done 2 years ago by Lindus Construction. The price was so high it almost knocked me off my chair. I know labor and prices have gone up but not that high. So my wife and I decided not to have them do the work
