They are a family run business. They guaranteed a life warranty on all that they did for us. Greg and Andy are the owners of this company. They are great to work with.

If you have any problem they will come out for free. We got the leaf guard system and there have been no problems. They did a great job.

I found them through advertising. My husband had a co-worker who used them for gutters. I was very happy with what they did.

Thus, there were very large icicles this winter. I'm not sure I would have opted for the system had I known this earlier.

Everything with the new system had been going well until it developed a leak this past winter. They came out and agreed that repairs were necessary, but they have yet to return.

The workers came on schedule. They were quiet and respectful of our area. We are pleased with the results.

I had purchased a new leafguard gutter system a few years ago and have been satisfied with its performance. The only thing I noticed was that I got more icicles hanging over the gutter during thaws than with the old gutter. The leafguard system does stop the gutters from filling up with leaves, etc. and that is excellent! In order to install new siding and the associated soffit and fascia replacement, my gutters needed to be removed and reinstalled. In order to maintain the warranty I needed to have leafguard do the gutter work. I contacted leafguard for a quote and was surprised how expensive it was for them to do the work...over $1000.00 to remove and reinstall the gutters. Since I wanted the warranty to remain in force, I went ahead and had them do the work. The removal went very well...they came out a couple of days (as scheduled) after I signed the contract and removed the gutters and placed them in an area in the yard that would keep them from being damaged. When the siding work was completed, I called and was scheduled for reinstallation. On the scheduled day, I waited for the installers to arrive and when they did not come I called and asked when the intstallers were coming and was told that there was a misunderstanding (leafguard's mistake) and that they were not scheduled. I was told they would try to come out the next day and would receive a call informing me of the scheduled time. There was no call and nobody came to the house so I called again and eventually spoke with a supervisor and was told that they would come out the next day (Saturday). They did come out on Saturday and do the reinstall. The crew was experienced and efficient. I was very satisfied with the work done by the removal and reinstall crews. The scheduling confusion and lack of follow-up was disappointing.

The communicagtion and the follow-up was absolutely terrible. Lindus Construction did not return phone calls. They would not communicate with our insurance company to reconcile their estimate with State Farm's ($1,000 more than the insurance estimate.) I called Lindus as did State Farm to reconcile the difference and they never returned either calls. Lindus then came and did the work at our house without calling us. We came home from work and the gutters were done. I called again and asked them to call State Farm and I called State Farm and gave them Lindus's phone number. They never called but we got a bill for the full amount. I wrote a letter and sent the bill back asking them them to call State Farm and they never called back or called State Farm again. Instead they sent another bill with an additional service charge. State Farm finally sent me a check for $1,000 less than Lindus Construction billed us. We later found out that our neighbors had similar problems. They were clearly taking advantage of the storm damage. I'll never use them or recommend them to anyone.

They handled any question we had, told us what they would do and how long it would take, Replaced shingles in a 10 hours span.

The Lindus crew was quite nice. The sales guys were great. They did not do the typical high pressure sales. They showed us the windows, gave us their pricing and let us decide. We had 10+ other salesmen/companies come to our home to talk with us. We looked at products from full vinyl to full fiberglass and decided to go with what Lindus Construction sold and installed, Season Guard Windows (Vanguard). These windows are triple pane vinyl windows with a fiberglass frame inside all the vinyl sashes for support and limiting thermal expansion. I did quite a bit of research on windows and am quite anal as you will find out as you continue to read my review. The crew that did the install were very nice and didn't mind me watching. They did a great job installing the windows in the sense that they are straight and secure. They have been installed for over one year and they still open and close almost like they did the day they were installed. So I am pleased with the structural install. I am not please however, with the cleanliness of the installers. They laid tarps down and they did clean up the construction area well enough so no complaints there. What I was irritated about was that the sashes and windows had unclean-able finger prints on them. During the install, they blow expanding foam around the window to help seal the gaps. Well, this foam is messy, sticky and hard to clean off when it gets on your fingers. After putting this foam into the gaps the installers had some of this on their fingers. Then they continued to work on the windows and touched various areas of the windows, which left smudges of the foam on the glass and white vinyl. There are marks on the windows to this day that don't really clean off, even with acetone. There were a few other picky things as well, such as the J-channel in my vinyl siding was damaged and just re-caulked by the install crew. It's hard to find replacement J-channel to match and it doesn't come off easy so I can't be too upset with that. They also had to cut my walls to fit larger windows, during that process they cut a bit far and my vinyl siding shows it with the repaired caulk. They were fairly prompt when arriving but a little late a couple days. They were great guys to talk with and were very nice. Overall, I would recommend this company to others however, I wish their crew just took a little more time to be a little more careful with sticky fingers and the cosmetics of an install.

My experience with them was just neutral. They did what they were supposed to do; it wasn’t like they went above and beyond. I would possibly use them again in the future.

They were knowledgeable and prompt, and everything was fine. The estimate was free. I chose to go with another company that was a little less expensive. I would consider contacting them again in the future.

I have not actually used Lindus Construction for my home, instead they are one of my customers, they use GAF shingles for their projects. They are very professional and concerned about their customers, making sure the homeowner gets quality work for a fair price. I have talked with some of their homeowners and all I have talked with have been very pleased with Lindus Construction. If there is a problem with one of their roofs, they make sure we (GAF) is notified immediately and assist in getting the problem solved promptly although that has happened very few times because they do it right. They also offer the best roofing warranty available, the Golden Pledge and rate #1 in this area as a GAF Master Elite contractor.
