It went smoothly. They address all problems promptly and professionally. They cleaned up every day and even scrubbed the hallway floor!

The estimator showed up promptly and on time. We reviewed all the work I wanted done. On the siding replacement, I had to show him some of my concerns, whereas other contractors had brought them to my attention immediately. His response was "oh yeah, that makes sense". This was on a Thursday. He said he would call me the following Tuesday. He must have missed a week becasue it wasn't until the Tuesday another week later that he contacted me. We did meet as planned and he showed me the estimate. It was so far off compared to the other estimates I had in hand. This estimate was 200-300% higher! Either they didn't want this small job, or they didn't understand the job, or they just have so much overhead with radio programs and advertising that this is what they need to charge to stay in business. I have no doubt the quality of the work is fine, but at what cost?

Their prices were reasonable. They did an excellent job and I was there while they're putting all the windows in. They cleaned up after themselves, went beyond the extra mile and even fixed a couple of things around the house that weren't part of the project that they could do and did them for no charge. The windows are wonderful and everything they did, they matched the trim. They did a beautiful job. In fact, I'm looking at getting them out to do an estimate on mine. They were both very nice to work with and they're professional.

Salesmen were very professional and appeared knowledgeable on the company history and the products offered. The leafguard systems is a great looking product and one that I believe would work great if you have exposure to a great deal of leaves or debis which in our case we did not. While impressed with the products I was not impressed with their pricing as the quote they provided for our 2 story, new construction home was approx. $2,300 with ability to go to $2,000 per the salesmans call to manager if we booked that day. We obtain four other bids, all with comperable products ranging from $1,200 - $1,600. We ended up going with another company.

Throughout the various phases of the remodeling process, the different construction team members kept me updated about the details of the work involved. I felt very confident about their level of expertise in planning for the best possible outcomes of the project via the most economical route,. It was also nice to be consulted about possible changes in the project and for ideas regarding tiling, placement of grab bars, choice of colors, etc. The entire experience proved most satisfactory!

Service was great. Price was competitive.

I have used them a number of times for my home. They are kind of a ?do-all? construction company. I have also used them for recommendations and they have been great. When I was looking at windows to begin with, I was at a home show and the Pella Windows people sent me to them (Lindus). The rest of the house was done in the Lindus windows (triple pane) and they guaranteed for life. They have a radio program too and they take calls and answer questions. They truly run like a family business should be run. Everyone at the office can and will help you. I can?t say enough good things about them! They won?t ask for the final payment until they know you are happy with everything and if not, they will come out and fix it.

We had some delays getting the work scheduled after we recieved estamates. BUt once scheduled, the work was done on the dates stated. The roof work was completed in one day; the gutters were done in one day about 4 working days later. The work was professional and clean up was excellent.

They were very good, came right out, did the job and were helpful. I was happy with their price but I did not compare prices.

.The inside crew replaced approximately 30 windows quickly and efficiently. Workman ship was excellent, Clean up inside and out was perfect. The Gutter crew replaced the gutters and downspouts runs with in a day. Once again efficient and thorough. They worked with the insurance company over the loss. The painting project was additional but subcontracted.. They recommended a that does their work and does a good job. They power washed the house, did some scraping and then panted. I had to get him back, which took multple phone call to sand and repair areas which were blistered. He needed to paint the shutters. They were already taken down by Leaf Guard workers. He took them off sight and then stored then =m next to the house with out any paper separating them.This caused the shutters to stick together and ruin the paint finish. Even now two years later ares and popping up. I have had the house painted three times and the prior paint jobs lasted 5-6 years. I would not use that painter again. I would use Midwest Leafguard without question

Lindus Construction did everything to make it right after NEW salesman lost our contract in his truck. After 6 weeks I called to get time when they would be out, did not have my name in system. After 30 minutes it was corrected when they contacted the NEW salesman. No fault of Lindus Construction, they handled the situation in a very professional manner. All work done in very professional manner, would hire again.

Everything went very smooth. Their sales and estimating teams were very responsive and responded to all the questions I had. Installation went very well and work was completed on time and within one day. Overall, very pleased.

I've had a number of estimates over the years on the porch windows. These were original windows to the house with the four windows on the north side basically having no real dividing jams between each. Stucco on the interior wrapped over the window frame making it less than obvious how to replace the windows. I'd been given a number of different proposals but none settled right with me. Finally, recalling that Lindus LeafGaurd had replaced my gutters a few years back and how happy I'd been with their work, I decided to see what they might suggest. The estimator was very professional, friendly and was appreciative of every question asked. I was a little hesitant to go with the vinyl windows at first (their brand), but he convicngly explained the advantages of the triple pane. Also offered to install Marvin if I chose to. Up to me. After discussing the porch windows, I asked about a living room window with a frame that was rotting (thanks MAC). Pretty soon I was explaining a problem I have in heavy rains when the water flows over the gutter and pours directly down over the door. He suggested and oversized gutter and deflector to reduce the overlow. As an afterthought I asked if he could repair the frame over my garage door that was rotting. I finally had to stop myself! My point being that I completely trusted the estimator as he was very knowledgable, explained in detail what he thought needed to be done and never pressured me to do anything. The estimate came in fairly reasonable compared with previous bids largely becuase of their window sale. I would probably have gone with Lindus even without the sale because I knew from past experience that their service and quality of workmanship was excellent. Evenyone who works there from the office to the construction workers is so friendly! They respond to every question or concern with positive attitude and committment to ensuring that I was satisfied, before and after the work began. They took just two days to install everything (except the gutter...more on that later). Hardly noticed they were there, though my cats and dog certainly did. They all seem to be animal lovers and mine certainly appreciated the attention. Everything turned out beautifully. My only regret was that I didn't call Lindus when I replaced the other four windows in my living room. That one was a very stressful and unpleasant experience (not Lindus). I seldom write reviews, but my experience with Lindus was so exceptional, I felt I owed it to give them due credit. The only small hiccup was the gutter. Had to call a few times to ask when they would be finishing that job. No big rush as we had NO rain this summer. The second time I called, they said the gutter had already been installed. Not sure if anyone called ahead of time to tell me. I couldn't really tell by looking at it. A few weeks later, Doug called me to say that they had repalced the wrong guttter.... I got that one for ffee. They did stop by the next week and put a new gutter up in front.

This year a decided that my house needs some maintenance. The roof was due for replacement so I decided get it replaced. I wanted to have a metal roof installed so I called about 5-6 contractors that do this kind of job. After having about 3-4 contractor estimates and home inspections, the Lindus guy came (the sales person). He inspected the house and I can tell you he was the most professional one. He looked around the house, and looked in the attic, on the roof, etc. He told me that we have not enough insulation in the attic, that we don't have chutes installed either, that the attic ventilation is insufficient and clogged, the there is missing insulation where the house has a built out for the kitchen. By providing me this detailed list of problems and how they will fix them, I knew right away that I am going to hire them. But I had 2 more on the list and I just wanted to get an opinion from all the contractors on my list. So in the end I chose Lindus. The price was a little high, but I decided to do the new soffits and the fascia myself and that's how I saved some money. In the end I got the metal roofing from them, the leafguard gutters and the attic insulation. They had different crews for each job and I think that each crew did its job pretty well. I am considering getting the siding replaced by them too. Their prices are a little high, but for the quality of their materials and for a reputable company that has been in the business for 30 years with a great warranty, I think it was a good deal. There are companies that I heard that do a great job, but their estimate was more than double. As a note here, we wanted a standing seam metal roof.

They did an excellent job. They were at my house when they said they would be there and they did a great job removing the old gutters and installing the new gutters. They were very responsive when I asked them to change one of the downspouts and they left the yard in the same condition it was in before they were there. Based on the quality of the materials and service that they provided, they will be my first call when it is time to replace my roof.

The sales rep was excellent and went above and beyond each time we met. The roofers were prompt, professional and did a great job. The Leafgard guys were accommadating and did good work but were not as prompt.

Very good quality at a very high price. I probably would not use them again; I will look for same quality at a lower price tag.

They are coming back to adjust a few things but otherwise we’re happy. We are confident with what they do. It turned out very nice.

They were don't in an hour!

Darrel came out and gave me a bid on a 25k+ loan I had from the Rehab County program. He was professional altho did not take his boots off or wear coverings, which didn't sit well with me since I have white carpeting. I had 4 different companies bid on my repairs (electrical, windows, furnace, patio door, plumbing, misc etc.), and 3 came in around $24-25k, Lindus' bid was $38k. Way too high.

Their service was awesome. It started off to be a very rocky situation with no response from two different sources. They more than made up for it in the long run. I am overall very happy with them. I originally heard them on WCCO on a Saturday morning which is why I called them in the first place.

The new roof looks great. Lindus is a very professional company. My wife and I are very pleased with the work done and the customer friendly attitude of Lindus, I would highly recommend Lindus for any home improvement job or new construction plans you might have.
