They are great. If there are any issues that arise they fix them promptly.

This was our first time using their services and they did a fine job. They were extremely punctual. Two technicians came to clean the windows and they completed the service in an hour.

They did a fantastic job and always do great work. They follow up well and communicate what is going on with the project. They are top notch.

Their service was excellent. The framing of the windows with the wood that I picked was outstanding, as was the craftsmanship. They were on the job, on time, and worked steadily. I have no complaints whatsoever with them and plan to use them again.

The roof project went great. They were in and out and completed the job in 6 hours. The clean-up was pretty good. I did have to pick up some nails but that is expected in this type of work.

We've had good exeperiences with Lindus in the past, and this time was no exception. The workers were friendly and polite, worked hard the entire time, and did a good job with the repairs. Ultimately, they were very professional and did a quality job for a reasonable price. We'd definitely recommend them to others.

I didn't go with them because their estimate was about twice as much as another one I got. There was nothing negative about them other than their price. I had one bid at $11,000 and theirs was $24,000. They were out pretty quick so they came out within a reasonable amount of time.

Brett looked the roof over and said it looked like a rushed job, more ventilation was needed. Barnhouse put the vents on the roof of my garage. I have no reason to have any vents on the garage. Barnhouse told me I needed more ventilation on my house do to the attic heat The attic is only on my house not the garage and we agreed to that. Brett also found that Barnhouse (please leave their name in for others so they do not go through what I am went through and have to go through now) only put the drip edge that is needed, and very important on the back of the house which is the last step before you put the shingles on. It is suppose to go on all edges of the house. Sides, front and garage. I of course would not know about drip edges etc. and he did a good job of checking the roof and telling me the problems that needed taking care of. A drip edge is very important because it keeps the water from getting under the shingles around the edges of the house. He could not understand why this was not done because it is part of the process it goes on over the weather covering next before shingles are put on. Because they did not do it and the ins. company already paid them, this cost would now come out of my pocket and the edging can not go under the shingles now and would have to be nailed to the house under and as close to them as possible. I also needed an estimate from Brett on that. I was not able to hire them because the ins. company said the cost to put the fascia on was too high. I tried to convince the ins. company to change their mind but they would not. I have been looking at other companies and found they were lower. So I had to go with some one else. Brett did a good job checking the roof for me and I appreciate that.

The schedule was to replace the shingles, update the attic with new vents and insulation, then put in the new gutters. I thought the roofing crew did a nice job with the shingles. The foreman kept me well informed of the work being done. He was very professional. The attic and the gutters turned out nice was well. All the workers did a nice job cleaning up after their jobs. The only trouble I have is on the followup. My wife sent an email to the sales person wanting to discuss a small part of the roof she felt wasn't quite right. He responded and said he would followup, but we have not hear back from him for over a week. I also sent the last payment of the roof to the company with a letter asking to be contacted. I know the check was cashed but no call or email.

They were prompt and cleaned up well after themselves.

Pleasantly surprised. The estimator told me that my 21 yr old roof looked fine. The shingles are still flat. I asked about possible hail damage, but he didn't think there was any problem. (Some of my neighbors had roofs replaced due to "hail damage".) I appreciated his honesty. Lindus must have plenty of work.

The installers were very friendly. They have a lifetime guarantee of their product. The installers were very friendly. They communicated well and there was not many problems. I would give them top marks. They were early sometimes.

On time, on budget and it looks GREAT! Saved me money by identifing a better way to modify the decks. Love them.

Absolutely fantastic! Lindus did a great job. Quality of work was supurb. Finished ahead of schedule. Left the job site cleaner that when they started. Internal woodwork installation was outstanding. I will use them again for any needed work on this home. I highly recommend Lindus.

The salesman was prompt and gave us a detailed bid with three different possibilities on how many gutters we were going to replace. The office followed up with scheduling the job. We were notified when the product would be dropped. The install was the beginning of the next week. The crew was very efficient at getting the work done. They discussed the downspout configurations with me and completed the work that day. We had another contractor coming in the same day and everyone was very accommodating to work around each other. The job site was cleaned up when they left. I would use them again.

They were extremely detail oriented. When one of the original windows was not as the installer expected, it was replaced. He noticed it and re-ordered a new one, I wouldn't have known that it wasn't perfect if he hadn't mentioned it.

It took 6 weeks from contract signing (and paying 1/3 down) to scheduling the actual work to begin. During that time, I heard absolutely nothing from the company, unless I initiated the contact. It was frustrating not being kept informed, especially since I had paid them $4K deposit. HOWEVER...whatever issues/failings I had with the front office, they were completely made up for, by Ryan (crew supervisor), Nate (crew lead) and the rest of the metal roof install crew (I wish I had their names to call them out). It cannot be stated enough how professional and courteous these guys were while working on the project. Every time I went out to see how things were going, Nate gave me constant project status updates and always asked if I was pleased with the job. He (and the rest of the crew) always stopped to answer the many questions I had. They did an excellent job removing the old shingles and installing the new metal panels. My new roof looks great. More importantly, I won't need to worry about it for the rest of my life. I would most definitely call Lindus again, to have this crew come out for any future metal roofing work I need done.

Good. They came and quickly installed gutters. Only complaint was that debris from old gutters was left on a portion of the garden instead of being cleaned up.

They did a beautiful job. The workers were very efficient and I never had a issue with them.

I would like to update my harsh review below and revise my overall experience rating to say that on Monday 7/8/2013, the first working day after the 4th of July holiday I got the service call I needed. Andy was very nice and he cleaned out all the stuff sticking out of my gutters and tightened up the sagging gap of the run across the back. He also replaced some missing screws in one of my kick-out downspouts (something I didn't even request but he noticed). The gutters ran just like new during the deluge thunderstorm this morning. I received a followup phone call on the 9th of July from Craig. I am happy now and my gutters work like they are supposed to. Leafguard gutters are a good investment. Thanks Guys!!! They look nice, BUT they are full of bird nests......horrible mess. I called late in the summer of 2012 to get a service call with no results. I called again in June 2013. It has been several weeks now and no return phone call nor has anyone come to help me. I put the gutters on because I could no longer go up on the ladder and roof to clean them out. These are guaranteed to be clog and maintenance free. But I dare you to try and get service on the guarantee. Either these are falling off my house due to poor install or they weren't installed correctly. The gap is so big the birds can get in and the water runs everywhere. There are bird nests sticking out of the gutters. Anyhow, just beware, be wary, the guarantee is an empty promise. The install went okay and of course I paid right away - good reputation and all, but their return service is really terrible....seriously.

My experience was not as well. They came on a rainy day and it was raining out side when they came to do their evaluation of my house. And it's pretty difficult for them to gather information when it was raining that hard. You can't give them a fair shake because they came at a not opportune time for both of us. The gentleman that was talking to me was very pushy and wanted to change things in my house before he even talked about it. For instance, the vents he wanted to put different vents in the house and I didn't see any reason for doing that. The ones we have are fine. As far as a roof vent, yea, but he was talking about the vents for our bathroom. That vents to the soffit so I don't know what he was talking about. Like I said, he was very pushy and telling me what I needed to do. I wasn't born yesterday, I built a house from ground up, I know what has to be done. I didn't appreciate that at all.

The project went-off as proposed. All work was done on time, and required minimal intervention from us. On the whole the product is very good, and I did not experience any problems whatsoever with Lindus' installation crew. They tore down old rain gutters, installed new Leaf Guard gutters, paint matched all trims and siding, and cleaned up properly after themselves. I would definitely recommend their work.

They came on time and finished job in 1/2 day or less. cleaned up all the old gutters and hauled material away. Job was done to specifications and the works were very professional and courteous.

We stopped dealing with them at the quote stage. Their estimate was $440 per square (100 sq. ft.) for the shingles alone. We could get the same shingle model at Home Depot (retail pricing) for $100 per square. So the estimate for shingles included a mark up of at least 400% on materials. They tried o change the appointment to accommodate their schedule. They ask for an hour of our time. The representative was 20 minutes late. We were asked when they could come in to do the job BEFORE getting an estimate. Their quote is out of line and their service inspired no confidence at all. If you know what the real cost is you would not do business with them. Vastly overpriced and a quote process that is a total sales pitch and a waste of time.
