About six or seven people came out for the work. It took them a day and they started very early. They were very efficient and the work got done correctly. Everything went smoothly and overall it was a great experience.

Evereything is said in the fact that they were initially contracted to do the Job n Sept 2013 they did not finish until April 2014. None of the jobs were extensive they just scheduled them when they had nothing else to do. I contacted them numerous times they always had excuses and even when they said they would do something they rescheduled three for four times before they actually did anything. I think they only finished the job when the owner called me wanting to get paid and I informed him I would not pay until all of the jobs were completed. He was very nice and did not appear to know the jobs were not complete.

I really wanted to connect with Lindus as I often listen to their radio show and think they sound quite professional. I scheduled an appraisal for siding/remodelling work. I never received the appraisal information. I called two times to request that they get me the info asap as I had pursued a home improvement loan and wanted the bid - never heard from them again. Maybe they prefer suburban work as I live in the city?

Professional quote with quality accessories and followups, plural, including day of installation communication to install crew by Keith J. Professional and flexible install by Jeff R. and Jared L. They were very approachable and responsive. Yes, I'm paying for it, but this system is a quality, huge upgrade to what I had and what i've seen out in the market. I get the feeling the service follow up, if needed will be handled by this company, promptly. A comforting feeling for a homeowner. So far, so good!

Everything went great. They came back and changed downsprouts so it is earier to mow the lawn.

Employees very professional and FAST! They finished the roof by 3 p.m. that day. Gutters were installed in the same time frame but a different day. This work was needed due to the hailstorm last summer. They left nothing behind and cleaned up all nails, etc.

They installed rain gutters where we had none. The work was efficient, and the workers were friendly. The entire process was easy.

Took a long time and went over in detail what they would do and demonstrated materials involved. Very impressive, but too expensive for us. Would have them estimate other projects.

The workers arrived on time and used Sawzalls to take apart the old and rotten deck in large sections which they carried away. They installed new joists, flooring, and railing. They were very efficient, polite, and cleaned up all the scraps when they left.

They were very good and prompt. They did not leave a mess because they cleaned after themselves. They were very good craftsmen and I was very happy with them compared to others I had used in the past. The synthetic material that they used was good. The two guys who came answered all my questions.

We had some challenges and we had some things that went to little dry. They came out and stood by the product. They fixed everything up and it worked well. It was done properly. Their clean-up was excellent. The price is good.

Initially, I had them put some gutter in my house. Since then I had them do three other projects. I would definitely rate them all As. I've been really pleased with the services I've gotten from them. They've been an excellent company. The number one thing I like the most is that when they do the work, I know they're doing a quality job, and if there's a problem, I know I can contact them and they'll be right out to take a look and fix whatever needs to be fixed. It cost a lot of money because I had to have the whole roof done so I'd rather not give a figure but I think what they gave was reasonable.

Took months to get estimate, and when it finally came, did not offer proposals for all areas requested. Sales rep responded that the homeowner did not ask for these services. WRONG. He just didn't investigate the costs associated with the particular request. What was estimated was much more expensive than other competing bids.

I'm sure these guys do great work, and stand behind it. Charlie M. was a professional, and made me feel good about Lindus. They were very professional in my dealings with them, but you can get the same for less else where. Rarely do I reviewcompanies when I don't have services provided. In this case, I feel it is warranted, so read on if interested. The reason I did not give them my business is because their pricing wasn't even close to my other bids. Make sure you get multiple quotes, and make sure you have everyone be very clear on all the work which is to be done. I can't emphasize this more. Companies will give you a lower bid, and cut corners. In my case, I did make sure materials and installation was similar. Although I did not go with the GAF's Tigerpaw underlayment, I went with a similar synthetic from InterWrap. Lindus does offer some things others don't, in particular the GAF Golden Warranty, which few companies are certified to offer. If the warranty gives you warm fuzzies, then get it. Good craftsmanship, proper installation and great materials do not need a warranty. The siding, soffit, fascia, and trim bid was almost double that of the bid I did accept. I was comparing the exact same material (Heartland Tech & EDCO), and the exact same installation. I decided to buy the material myself from my lumber yard, and use Midwest Exterior's of Royalton, MN. Their work was impeccable. I know we're not supposed to reference other companies in reviews, but because the bid is so drastically different, it is warranted to do so. I couldn't imagine the work provided by Lindus to be twice as good. If you want a reputable company, which will likely do professional work, and stand behind it, I'm sure Lindus is exactly that company. If you want something similar, for a lot less, it's out there.

It went very well. Project manager was readily available for questions & was very professional & knowledgable. Would both recommend them & use them in the future.

They were on time and completed the work as planned. They cleaned up after themselves, were polite and courteous.

If you want quality , excellent workmanship with a very good price go with Lindus Construction. Next year Lindus will tear out 5 hollow core doors and frames. They will also do 4 more bi-fold doors and all the trim.

Lindus crew arrived promptly, did a professional job and cleaned up when they were done. I particularly liked the fact the gutters were made on site to the lengths required so there were no seams except at corners. I highly recommend them.

Their work was very good. They cleaned up very nicely. The crew was very pleasant.

Very professional. Installed gutters on time and did an excellent job. Installer also suggested adjustment to my siding in areas to attach better to home and made the adjustments without charging for the work. Very impressed with their job and service.

They sent a couple of their guys out, and started the process of eliminating all the possible causes. The chimney did NOT need cleaning. They found a small kink in the outside air intake in the furnace room, and fixed that. Next, they sent out a company rep that does interior air pressure measurements using an infrared camera to show air leaks. There weren't any. Both of these steps were performed to make sure the house air pressure was neutral and to figure out why the chimney was drawing in so much air. Next, they decided to take down some of the siding on the chimney chase to see if the chimney exhaust vent for both my family room wood burning fireplace and the gas fireplace in the basement, that shared the same chase, were intact. They were. Then they examined the two fire stops in the chase to make sure they had been installed and insulated correctly. They were. They found an improperly installed fresh air intake for the fireplace. This particular fireplace was made to be used as a wood burner, but also could be converted to a gas fireplace. This fireplace was installed when we built our house in 1994. Having checked for every other possible cause, our Lindus guys suggested removing this air intake, because it wasn't necessary. They filled the entire cavity with foam insulation to make sure any unnecessary air could not possibly come through the fireplace, replaced the cedar siding on the chase. At this point, all bases had been covered. We have been having frequent fires in our fireplace all winter, and it burns much better than it ever did since the house was built. But, even better, NO COLD AIR emanates from the fireplace when it is not in use! Bottom line, the guys from Lindus get the job done. They used a logical and thorough approach to solve the problem. They were neat, professional, thorough and persistent. I love these guys. If you look at my reviews of the other work that they have done for me, the same message is clear. They are a family business that has done well because they do things right. And, they make sure that their customers are satisfied with what they do. This is the way all businesses should operate, but unfortunately they don't.

We got off to a delayed start due to a personnel change on their end. But once the project got started it was a first class job. Their people and their sub contractors were all great. We are pleased and would highly recommend their company.

Repaired roof damaged by tree felled by storm, installed new shingles, installed new windows & doors, repaired decks.

Installed new roof on house and garage. Arranged for foam insulation in attic. | |They may be somewhat on the expensive side but I have no complaint with the work they did and the professionalism of the supervisors and skill of the workman. The were punctual and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again. My one negative comment would be that the sales people do not always make you aware of the possible negative aspects of the products.
