It was excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

The first delivery was left on my lawn for a few days while I was gone- a few weeks ahead of time. The second delivery arrived days before install date and had to be returned due to security concerns. This is a very big company with lots of TV advertisement and business. Three voice messages to the company during and after install went unanswered. The first wrapping crew missed the studs on two sides of garage and papered over gapping hole in insulation. Crew left long nails protruding between open studs. Complaint was aired via voice message, to no avail. The company also installs/owns Leaf Guard gutters. I received a voice message from the gutter coordinator informing me that the gutters were scheduled to be installed (no mention of the other work pending-facia, soffit and siding). When I returned his call and informed him of the other work, he was unaware and unamused by the lack of communication. The gutter install was rescheduled for a later date. Josh "Red" led the two-man install crew and was very dedicated, hard working, efficient, experienced, highly skilled and professional. He was an awesome one-man army who never slowed down. He's worth his weight in gold, I'd give him and his work an A+. His partner was also very experienced and talented but was not present on the last day. His replacement, a young general laborer, was inexperienced and unqualified. To make matters worse, an eye obstruction left Red virtually alone, and he nearly succumbed to heat exhaustion. Despite the high cost and other issues, I would reluctantly recommend this company based on the bottom line- quality work!

Everything was great. They were always punctual and acted professionally. I was very satisfied with the work.

Original salesman was excellent. Spent time to explain everything. If you do a project with a discount on labor, expect a wait of 2-3 months. After that, there will be multiple shorter waits of weeks to month each time something wasn't figured into the original job. They use subcontractors so quality may be variable. After the original roofing and insulation, I never knew when they were coming and only received a day before warning. The roofers broke several of my flowers and crushed several downspouts which were replaced. Details of roof finishing cuts could be straighter and the caulking of the side piece over the stucco was sloppy. I feel they over book themselves and consequently cannot deliver the service consistently.

Jake and Jim did a wonderful, very professional job, and it is a real pleasure to work with them. They installed replacement windows for my son two years ago, and I requested them when I contracted this project. They go the extra mile to make everything look perfect. They work quickly, clean up after themselves and help with additional small things that they notice that need doing. We had a small blip in the stain color for the trim not matching the windows. They stopped work as soon as we noticed the color difference, called in a reorder to the company, put a rush on it, and were back the next day to redo the windows already completed and to complete the job. I am very happy with the completed project, and would highly recommend this company and, in particular, Jake and Jim, to anyone needing replacement windows.

The water still comes up over the lip of the gutter and gushes down onto my concrete steps, causing them to freeze and in turn have cause the steps to deterioriate and crack. The bottom two steps where the water gushes are now crumbled away. When I contacted them in October, a service man came out. He made a few adjustment and told me to wait a week and see what happens. I asked them about fixing my steps and he advised me to contact Andy Lindus, who is the Chief Operating Officer. I have left 5 messages since November 5, 2014 and they haven't returned any of my calls. Since then, the steps have detiorated even further and nothing has been resolved. May 29 update: After this complaint was posted, Andy Lindus made an appointment to come to my house. I took the day off of work, and he missed the first appointment. The second appointment he arrived on late but said he could give me a bid for the work needed to make the repairs. I called waited for two weeks, but I was not contacted about the bid. I called multiple times to his cell phone and the office and received no answer. I drove to the Lindus Construction offices on 5/21--an hour away from my house--and was warmly greeted and told someone would get back to me in a few days. A week later--no response. I now have had crumbling, unsafe steps for over a year. I have made many, many calls and taken four days off work to resolve this issue. I have been polite and open to options this whole time, but with no responses from them, the issue cannot be resolved. I do not recommend using this company, as they are unwilling to fix their mistakes and are uncommunicative.

Arranged to do job earlier than projected. Completed in 1/2 day. Cleaned up after themselves and removed all of old product.

The project was quoted in the fall of 2013 but winter came before I could get the gutters installed (due to snow, they did say that colder temps would not be a problem). The following spring came and the almost immediately after the snows where gone from the area, I was contacted by the installer who was ready to begin work immediately. The entire job took only one day to install and the seamless gutters and covers look and perform wonderfully. I do recommend them to anyone who is tired of pulling leafs and mud out of their gutters and wants a good quality system to prevent this.

Went well, had a small problem, called them, they took care of it. Overall, I am satisfied.

Lindus sent the same crew to my home that I was so happy with when we first installed the gutters. They are professional and perform high quality work. Communication is very good - those of you who have done much home improvement know that many contractors fail in the communication department. Lindus is an exception to that. The gutters are spendy, but like most things, you get what you pay for. We love them! Have had no issues and I believe they add value to our home as well as curb appeal. I highly recommend Lindus for gutter installation. We're considering using them for other remodeling needs in the future.

They are very good. They also gave us a quote on a roof which we thought was just little high. The cleanup was impeccable. The workers and sales people are very knowledgeable. The workers are very professional and friendly.

It was all pretty good but we do have one thing that they have not satisfied me on. They did good work on the roof and did good with replacing the vents with the proper vents. The quality of their workmanship is very high and my trust in them is very high. They did what they said they were going to do. They were clean and efficient and the job was done in 2 days. When they threw the roofing shingles off some of them scraped my house and they came back and repainted them but I then noticed that they paint did not match. I am probably going to have to wait until this spring to have them come back and repaint the siding. They were organized and do respond when you talk to them.

It was fine. The cleanup has been great. The scheduling for the roof was quick, but for the siding job we were scheduled a couple of months out and they also had one person quit which delayed the job.

Service went very well. We've had no issues at all. Both salesman installers were great to work with and very professional. Would definitely use them again!

The installation occurred in January of 2012, during a warmer than normal period and the crew doing the work was professional and very courteous. the crew consisted of many of the companies supervisors and the work performed was great. The metal roof was installed to replace an existing shingle roof, which had numerous ice dam problems including water leakage into the house. The metal roof solved these problems and allows confidence that problems will not occur in the future during the winters. The Leaf Guard gutters work well also.

They are the best and I couldn’t be happier. They are a little pricey but their work is excellent. The cleanup was excellent. The workers are very friendly and hard-working. They sent a team of 6-8 people out to do the job and they have worked together for the last 6 years. All their employees are full-time year around and I was really impressed with that.

It was wonderful and they put all new boards and plywood in. They also put a new metal roof on the dormer. They are great and I would use them gain. They are not the cheapest but their work makes up for it. They got the job done in 2 days and they worked fast. Everything was efficient and they all knew where everything was and at what time. It was just like clockwork and it went so smoothly. The scheduling took a while because they had other work ahead of mine.

It turned out just fine. They were pretty close to excellent with the whole thing. We were very happy with them. They got the job done in a few days and sent one person out to do the job. The cleanup was very good.

They are top-notch and do a great job. Their prices are very reasonable. They got the job done in a about 3-4 days. They do a real good job with cleanup. They lay down a tarp and put everything on one side. They also recycle the asphalt which I liked. They were very neat.

Everyone at Lindus was wonderful to work with. Keith our Sales Representative was very through, reliable and went above and beyond!! There price was higher than the other quotes but well worth it. Like they say you get what you pay for! We will only use Lindus consturction in the future for any construction needs, highly recommend them.

They have done great for us on: new work (gutters) and insurance; repair work (skylights); and stood behind their own work (skylight installation and ceiling painting), which is why we requested their estimate on our current insurance issue (hail damage).

Two weeks later, on 6/9, they were ready to do their sales presentation, at 4 pm in the afternoon. No one showed up. No one called. We never heard from them again and didn't feel like WE should call to find out what happened, we just went with someone else who actually wanted our business. I'd give them "F's" all around except someone DID show up for the first appointment to measure the house. Interestingly, another company pulled the same stunt. We tried to get three bids, but in the end only got one. It wasn't a piddly little job either.

They did an excellent job. The leaks were fixed. Doing so involved replacing shingles. We had very few spares and they took extra care to not waste anything. They also reroofed the garage, including adding vents. Inside the house they replaced 3 bathroom fans. In the process they discovered that the ducting for 2 of them needed replacing, too, and they took care of it. They did an excellent job. The workmanship was excellent, as was the communication. There were no surprises in the final bill, either. We will use them again when we need this type of work done.
