We hired Lindus following hail damage to re-roof our house and install Leafguard gutters. We paid a premium price and expected premium work and customer service. Scheduling a City building final inspection was Lindus' responsibility which they neglected to do. We arranged for it. Following installation, we identified issues with both roof and gutters. It took several e-mails and phone calls to Lindus to arrange for a service call. Nearly nine weeks later, the issues were finally resolved. We never would have hired Lindus, paid the large premium price, had we known the results would just be average.

All projects were done professionally, quickly with excellent workmanship.

We are really happy with the finished product. Lindus might be a little more expensive, but with their guarantees and superior workmanship, it was worth it and we are very satisfied. Starting with the Sales Rep, Jordan Maxon, and with each crew as they performed the work, we found everyone to be professional, friendly and easy to work with. Each crew cleaned up thoroughly. The siding was the most expensive, but they did a meticulous job. They wrapped around all the windows and doors so their will never be any maintenance like painting for us to do. We really couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Lindus!

Very well from start to finish. They arrived, did the work needed and left all in the same day. No leaving the site to get needed materials or working part of a day so needing to come back another day.

The crew arrived on the job early and finished early. They were experienced and skilled workers. About a week after the job was complete (and after a couple of rain storms), Lindus sent in their Quality Control Specialist to inspect the work. He carefully measured the slope of the gutters and checked to make sure that there was no debris accumulating. He also installed a rain water deflector at a point where the roof valley could create a situation where the water would over-shoot the gutter during a downpour.

It went great! It took about a day and a half to get them installed. Our house is small but the upper floor's roofline is very high off the ground; the installer had to go up on an extended ladder to reach it, but the gutters are flush against the building all around. I would definitely recommend Lindus Construction.

Good ordering process, good quality product. Had 6 installed last year by Lindus, decided to have the come and install the rest of the windows. Even with social distancing, they were able to complete work in no time. Workers and sales were always curtious and friendly.

I have LeafGuard Gutters on my home for over 18 years when ever I called them to look at them they have always sent someone out to make the adjustment. Recently because of storm damage they came out and installed new gutters and down spouts around my home a fantastic new gutter. The installers were neat and did a great job installing and disposing of the old gutters in the high heat we experience. My wife and I would definitely recommend LeafGuard and Lindus Construction. There is no one better!

I purchased new gutters in April when Lindus started running their commercial on tv. The tv ad stated that you will receive a $100 visa gift card with purchase.... The salesman said the gift card would be sent to me automatically. I waited and waited and never got the gift card. So I called the company numerous times, I called my salesman and got the "run around". Finally, the last week of June when I let the company know I'd be calling the Attorney General's office as well as Black Lives Matter, they brought me the $100 visa gift card. You do the math.

We had a new deck as well as some new siding installed this summer. The installation was super professional and Thomas, Chad and Joe seemed to enjoy the work and were more than happy to explain the processes of the project. Lindus wants to get it right the first time and uses best quality materials along with the extra brace, the extra screw and extra nice finishing touches. Lindus might be a little more expensive than some contractors but I believe we got what we paid for. I plan to use them in future projects.

It went excellent. Everyone was super professional and followed through as promised. They kept us current as to the progress. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. When a small refund was possible they quickly processed the paperwork.

It was very good. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood my options. The crew was good, and very accommodating to my preferences. I would highly recommend them to others.

During the process, they discovered a sag in the overhanging roof over my porch area. I was aware of the sag before, but seeing the exposed structure made it obvious that the problem would only get worse over time. They designed and installed a beam and post structure to properly support the roof and straighten out the sagging area. Once all the work was done, the new beam and posts looked great. I am very happy with the quality of workmanship, and all the people from Lindus that I dealt with were great. I would recommend Lindus to anyone and everyone.

The project began when I heard an advertisement from Lindus – they were reducing the labor costs for Leaf Guard gutter installation. The first step was a visit from the salesman. He explained the designs of various covered gutters and the advantage of Leaf Guard was clear. He measured, gave a detailed pricing and coordinated my project with the financing company. All in one visit! My project was scheduled for the late fall of 2019. It snowed! But Lindus was able to install the gutters – after the storm, of course. The weather promised and delivered strong sunshine. Lindus was at my home the day before the re-scheduled installation and cleared all snow from the roof. This allowed the shingles to warm so the installation could proceed. The installation was completed without a problem. I spoke to 3 or 4 employees during the project. Every one of them was knowledgeable about the product and the installation details. It is great that a customer receives service without having to ‘call the office.’ I am a very satisfied customer.

Pretty well. Long lead time projected, ten to twelve weeks, actually waited fourteen weeks. Only dissatisfaction was that to get a twelve foot gutter pipe to move the water away from the foundation would entail my buying twenty feet, that pipe only comes in ten foot lengths at $200 per ten foot length. Good program for them, not for me.

Communication was excellent. We asked questions throughout the process and received timely and helpful information. Workers were skilled.

A simple drywall project, which should have taken a week to complete, took 6 weeks to complete.

The sales representative was informative and answered all my questions. The installers were great, hard-working and very professional. Lindus even conducted a quality review and came back to fix a slight deficiency. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them and LeafGuard highly.

I had Lindus back out do a home makeover for me and they did just that. I had them do my Leaf Guard in 2019. Mitch happened to be my sales guy for both projects and his kindness and honesty is what made me go with Lindus in the first place. Josh in the office who took care of all my scheduling is a saint. He dealt with all my calls and questions with a smile on his face. I was anxious to get the work started and he assured me the time line. Now the group of guys who did my windows (I forgot their names) far exceeded my expectations. They worked their magic and had them all installed in 2 days. They made sure every single window was installed properly and with no damage to my old house. They were even kind enough to hang a few curtain rods and also were kind to my cats who wanted to be in the way. Now my siding crew was also just as great as the window guys. They had a bigger job and did it all with a smile on their faces. The tear off was a messy job but they got everything cleaned up and wrapped in 2 days. When the siding started to go up they ran in to some winter weather but still keep working which was great. There supervisor Brandon was great to work with. He was always so easy to speak to and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Zach was one of the guys who worked on my project and I believe he had been doing this soe quite some time and he was very helpful as well. He even showed up on a Saturday to get all was caulking done (all while misting and cold out). Brandon and Zach's expertise helped me decide to go without all the trim around my windows as it would have been to much and for that I thank them. These 2 were also kind enough to hang my address sign project (which was heavy) and this just completed the house. The gutter guys did a quick tear off and install and it was like they never came off. The electricians who helped on my project were great as well. I want to thank Lindus for all their wonderful employees and the job they did. They took away my d and outdated home and dropped in a new and improved house.

Completed quickly and cleaned up. When gutters backed up in past due to pine needles was told by crew that was my problem due to valleys filling with needles and told me that they would not clean gutters again. This crew was surprised by this and told me to call if it’s a problem. I put them in so I would not want to go on roof again .

Excellent from start to finish. Just had a new gutter replaced from storm damage. I had them in the mid 90's install the first time. My first call was answered by a real person and I was transferred to another person to help set an appointment for an estimate and they too answered their phone. No messing around with trading voicemail calls. From there on everything was as promised, they showed up for the estimate and I booked the work to be done. They were booked quite a ways out but managed to do the work much earlier than expected. I was contacted as to when they would be here and that the materials would be dropped off a couple days in advance of the work. All happened like clock work. The work was done on the day promised. Almost impossible to find a contractor that cares like they do. Thank you Lindus for caring.
