Excellent. In one day the re-roofing was complete and excellent clean-up.

We have used Lindus before for the installation of a LeafGuard system a few years ago. (Love it, BTW...) As before, the Lindus company was easy to work with, punctual, dependable, and professional. If they were unable to work on a given day, ie. special order material hadn't yet arrived, we were always told. While work was actually occurring, a supervisor would drop by to make sure all was going well and that we were happy with the service as it was happening. Their clean-up was virtually perfect. I'm sure there are businesses that will bid less than Lindus on jobs, but I feel that it just isn't worth the risk, when a person is talking about sometimes very large amounts of money. They are an area business that depends on their reputation. I will not hesitate to use Lindus again, should I need them!

I called early in November for an estimate on how much it would cost to put in the Leafguard gutters. This company is the only one that does the official Leafguard brand gutters. So I call and set up a date for an estimate on 11/18/2016. The person who answered was friendly and fast. My appointment was for 3pm that afternoon with Cody and I received a call at 1pm. He left a message asking if it would be okay to reschedule the appointment since we were going to get hit by a snowstorm that afternoon. I figured it would be fine, and honestly, I wouldn't want to drive in that weather either. So we reschedule for 11/28/2016 at 3pm. Once again, Cody calls me early in the morning and leaves me a message stating some excuse about how his truck or whatever needed to be fixed and wanted to reschedule AGAIN. Is this a ONE MAN construction company with only ONE car? I've never had a company who didn't want my money so much that they would make up excuses time and time again to reschedule. And this is just for an estimate. Don't waste your time and money with such unprofessional people. If they can't even get an estimate done in a timely manner, I can't even imagine the run around once you've already made a deposit or paid them for a job.

We called Lindus and set up and appointment to talk about gutters and doors. Your response was prompt and friendly. We made our appointment with Jesse Goodrich and met with him on August 22nd. Jesse arrived on time and we met with him in the kitchen and described what we wanted done (gutters and new front and back doors). Jesse then went outside, took all the measurements and then returned and described each product. He demonstrated how the LeafGuard gutters worked, showed up his drawing, gave us a timeline in the gutter installation and told us the cost. We then looked at doors (asked for suggestions), a selection was made, measurements taken, shown prices, work timeline talked about, final decisions were made, paperwork was signed, a check for a third of the project was written and the second portion of the process was completed. The LeafGuard Gutters were installed first (ahead of schedule and just before a huge storm - they really did the job - awesome - no leak in the basement). The two installers were friendly and took time to tell us just what they were doing. They worked quickly and cleaned up. You never would have know they were there. The doors were installed on October 11th. The two carpenters were great. They arrived on time and got right to work. They showed us what they were going to do and answered all questions. We were very impressed with their workmanship. The front door molding wasn't quite right and they suggested a solution that we accepted. We were told that the solution we discussed might take a week or two to complete. They were back the next day. I remember Mike looking at the finished door - he turned to me and said, "it looks great - we made the right decision." The door lever on the door that enters the house from the garage was installed (we needed something that they didn't have the first day). The work was done professional, the carpenters were awesome and you would have never known they were here. We are very pleased with the completed project from start to finish. Thanks you!!!! The new gutters look soon much better than my old gutters, and they don't get all clogged up with gunk! I love my new gutters. Maybe more than is psychologically healthy, but I'm okay with that. Everyone who I was in contact with during this project was friendly & professional. So refreshing!

Lindus Construction is a company who excels at professionalism, master craftsmanship, expert customer service, employee loyalty, and honesty. Our steel roof was damaged in a storm by fallen trees. Cory, our Lindus salesman was out to assess the damage and provide an estimate. Because we needed our entire roof replaced, he offered to come back when the insurance adjustor would be there to ensure the adjustor understood the extent of the damage. Cory did come back, and the adjustor agreed to the recommendation of a full roof replacement, soffits, and fascia. Amy scheduled our job, and kept us advised of any changes that we may incur due to weather, etc. She ordered the dumpster needed for the job, and ensured it was there when the job started. Nathan and his crew were at our house early on the day they were scheduled to start, and worked non-stop. They removed the old roof and had the new one on the first day. They finished up by noon the second day, had everything cleaned up, and were heading out soon after. We really appreciated that Lindus took care of everything we needed for the insurance company, ordered the dumpster and had it removed, got the permit, and even took care of the final inspection. Cory, Amy, and Nathan and his crew could not have been better. They all made us feel like we were their most important customer. It?s was so refreshing to work with a company we could completely trust. They can be proud of the relationships they build with their customers, and for providing the highest quality results. We are already making plans for our next project with Lindus Construction.

They were very prompt to come out and provide the estimate. We did have to wait a few weeks for the install due to their heavy bookings following the State Fair. They came out and finished the job in one day, minuse a small oversite the installer noticed. Because of the roof design, there would be larger flow of water in one section, and to handle that they needed a perforated top on a small section. They came the next day to install that. There was no additional cost. The cost has risen since we had the original and replacments previously performed, and they probably are not the cheapest gutter system, but we have not had any clogs in very heavily treed lot. Many trees extending over the roof.

Overall I was satisfied with the entire process, including the initial appraisal and estimate, scheduling of the work, and the final installation. While I was waiting for the sales person (Jordan) to compete his measuring outdoors, he suggested that I call about six previous clients who had similar Leaf Guard products installed. I was able to reach four of them and as a result, received a discount on the final pricing. Perhaps most valuable was the opportunity to talk with other satisfied clients. The high degree of quality and final satisfaction were consistent themes. However, also was the message that this product is more expensive relative to competitor products. I was able to justify the additional cost in terms of the quality of the product, as well as method in which the gutters are installed along the roof. It also helped that my next door neighbor in my townhome had the same gutters installed some years back and has been quite happy.

They were very responsive and punctual after we had some additional issues. They came out very quickly, identified where the issue was and fixed that area. They also noticed some other issues that we did not even notice and fixed that. Put vents in our soffit.

Excellent work! Advice on how to drain the water evenly and away from foundation was very valuable. It rained 4-5 inches within two days of installation and it worked beautifully.

Outstanding company! Timely, professional, quality work done efficiently, on schedule and on budgeted estimate. Friendly employess. Extra care taken in thorough clean-up and attention to detail. My contractor of choice.

I contacted Lindus and one other contractor to evaluate my roof after learning that my neighbor's roof had been damaged by hail. From the beginning of the project to the end, everyone involved was professional, responsive and provided outstanding service. They worked with my insurance company to ensure full coverage for all of the damage, including the damage to my original LeafGuard gutters, which are more costly than standard gutters. They worked around my funky travel schedule to arrange to do the work when I was actually in the country. They were fast and efficient -- at a very busy time of the year. I would absolutely use them again for other major projects should I have any (with the upgrade to 50 year shingles, I won't need to on the roof during my lifetime).

There were several issues involving carpentry, roofing, insulation and painting skills, I was anxious on how to approach this complicated task. I asked the Lindus firm to review what was needed and how to contact the skills needed. When the technical representative from Lindus explained the approach they would use, I knew I had the right company. The Lindus Company staff worked with the various skill representatives to schedule the work on site and arraigned for delivery all the supplies needed. The Lindus representative was there every day until the work was completed. To have the Lindus expertise in blending the technical skill requirements with the various disciplines was a blessing to our family, as we knew little about what was needed. The work and the cleanup were very well done. Various neighbors asked about the project, and my answer was that without Lindus, it would have probably been longer as well as more costly. Next summer I plan to replace the rubber roof with a metal roof. Who will I call on, Lindus, of course.

All aspects of the sale, measure and installation were done professionally. The crew was friendly, and worked quickly. The finished gutters look and perform great. There is nothing negative to say. If the price seemed a bit high, the quality justifies the price.

Things progressed nicely. The windows were removed one at a time so we were able to close the room door and spare energy costs. The workers only talked to one another when one was assisting the other. The trim on the inside was cut as tight as the original trim. Tight joints were done so well you couldn't tell anything had been changed. The window woodwork matched the rest of the trim perfectly in the house.

Excellent work from first bid to completion of new deck. Obtained all permits and used low maintenence materials. Workmanship was first class and kept us informed of all that was going on. Recommended some beneficial changes after work started. They were always on time and construction workers were a joy to have. I have no regrets about Lindus Construction and highly recommend them .

Crews arrived promptly, they were polite and professional, and did an absolutely awesome job! Neighbors who have walked by the work site have given many compliments on a job well done :) I am and have been well satisfied with their work, and will continue to hire Lindus / Leafguard if need be, and refer friends and family to them!

The siding and roofing workmanship far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I looked several times at it that first day and were just tickled by the exceptional work that was done. We also had our gutters removed and new leaf guard gutters installed. My wife and I came home during the installation and asked the installers what they thought. We had concerns over how it looked and whether the color matched correctly. The installers were honest with us and immediately told us the color of our facia and that the gutters they were installing were not a match. My wife and I were sick because we thought we had ordered the matching gutters, but the ones we did order were not correct and did not look right. Work was halted immediately and the next morning Lindus arrived with new gutters.There were no questions they just brought the gutters that matched correctly. Even know we made the wrong decision they corrected it with out question. Installers did the work with precision and when they were done everything was so cleaned up you would never have known they were here. I will highly recommend Lindus to everyone looking for work to be done on their homes.

A representative showed up on time, took pictures and patiently answered all my questions. When he left, he was going to put an estimate together to show the separate replacement costs of what we had spoken about: roof, gutters, shed. I never heard back from him or the company and over two weeks later have not received any estimate nor explanation.

Lindus is both thorough and professional, their employees are trained to do the job the right way. I'm extremely satisfied with the job that they did! They have outstanding products and great warranties on both the product and their workmanship.

One side presented a challenge for the placement of the downspout. They went out of their way to obtain addional parts to enable it to be placed out of the way of the patio, They were friendly and professional. They finished the job promptly and left everything clean.

From the representative that came to our home to bid the job, to the two men who flawlessly installed the door, Lindus Construction was the most professional contractors we have ever had at our home. All of our questions were answered quickly and the process proceeded as told to us. We are very impressed with the end product and all of the employees that we dealt with.
