The main reason we replaced our windows was to block noise. We told the Lindus people from the outset that noise reduction was the most important factor for us. When they replaced the windows they installed triple-pane sashes. Although these are great for energy conservation they did not reduce the noise compared to our old windows. When Greg Lindus heard about our problem he offered to install "noise-reduction glass" in the windows facing the noisy side of the house. This was far beyond our expectations. In fact, we didn't expect the company to do anything more for us. They could easily argue that they installed the windows we ordered and completed the job. But this company has integrity; for them satisfaction is not just a buzz word. They replaced five sashes at no additional cost to us. How rare is that!! We recommend this company very highly. And by the way, the noise reduction glass really works and we couldn't be happier.

Originally they were going to be out in three weeks. I spoke with one of the project managers (Jim) and he said they were running behind. I appreciated the communication.

Jobs were done quickly and well. Took quite a while to get on the schedule.

Work was done when they said it would be and done well. They even put some extra lengths on behind the garage to direct the water away. There was nothing left behind for me to clean up.

Old gutters were half round, and 75 years old. Installation took longer than expected, but this was a complicated install. Two 2x6 boards were sandwiched together, wrapped with aluminum and screwed into exterior stucco walls around the perimeter of our two-story house. Gutters were attached to these boards. Cosmetic result is better than I expected.

It went very, very well. Workmen were the best at what they do. Once our projects started we were certain we had hired the correct contractor - Lindus.

Due to weather problems they missed the scheduled date. When they got here everything went smooth. Clean up was excellent. Gutters look great.

Excellent work. With the storms in the area causing the roof damage the work crews sometimes did not chime when I expected them too. The end result was very nice though.

I contacted Lindus in Oct. 2016 for ideas to replace my decrepit 10x12 foot deck. The salesman was very informative but not pushy. We drew up a contract but didn't get around to signing it until late spring 2017. They immediately put us on their schedule. The workers arrived on time and were very professional. They introduced themselves, started working immediately, and asked or answered questions as needed. It took less than a day to take down the deck, have a dumpster delivered, and clean up the site. Not only did Lindus take down the deck but, they arranged with my landscaper so the area under the previous deck could be graded before Lindus came back to build the new deck.

Terrible I spent $21,000+ for windows and Lindus has not secured the patio door as required by code and as promised by Andy Lindus back in October 2016-A year ago. Andy's exact words received via text back in October 2016 were "I'll get Josh and Greg on this right away." Never heard a thing. Windows failed inspection. No response from Lindus (Specifically Andy Lindus) so I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I hired Lindus Construction to install leafless gutters. They were able to promptly schedule me during a busy fall season, and did an excellent job with the installation. Things seem to be working great thus far. Would definitely recommend!

They did the whole thing in one day - wow. I love the color of the gutters, too. I liked talking with the staff - they are helpful.

I received a phone call within ten minutes of requesting a free estimate online. After an initial misunderstanding, I promptly received a second phone call clearing everything up and scheduling my onsite estimate.

Work is Good, but communication is poor. We were not informed when they went out of parts and they didn’t say when they were come to finish the job. We have to call multiple times.
